The food was good, but the service was terrible. We were not greeted, and when we did sit down the gentleman threw some menus at us and walked away without a word. He took his time having a leisurely conversation in another language with a group who seemed to be friends of his. When he finally got back to us, a blunt 'what do you want' was all he mustered. No one checked to see if we enjoyed our meal, and not even a thank you was given when we paid our bill.

The space is way too small for coziness and private conversation, but Zabb has the best quality Thai food in Kelowna and the servers are also among the most professional around. They are very accommodating and patient, but they don't take reservations so a wait is common.

Good eats and reasonable prices. Definitely a go to lunch spot. Service was fast and friendly.
