I had the greatest physician in Dr Koss and due to his medical leave of absence was handed off to Dr Vander Ross who was nothing but a BULLY to me. He never had correct solution for an medical issue. He always failed to phone in prescriptions regular basis. Our relationship kept going down hill to a breaking point where he dropped me as a patient making mountains out of mole hills. It was a great relief to be rid of him, But now I have no doctor. I struggled with leaving a comment and decided I should in case he was doing this to others. If you have experienced this treatment step forward and put a end to this unprofessional behavior. There is strength in numbers. My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Ben. He is an amazing physician. He is proactive, thougtful, kind, caring, and very thorough. He is by far the best family doctor we have ever had. Thank you to all of you that are taking such good care of us.

My doctor is amazing. The 1 star is for the desk staff that works here. They have to be the most unhappy people I’ve come across in a long time. Always bothered and reluctant to communicate or assist in anyway. Not sure why???

Never have I seen a doctor's office remove a patient especially a child off of the doctor's client list due to in activity. Going to report to the college of physicians and surgeons in BC.

I highly recommend Dr. Prozesky. He is very knowledgeable and kind. When I tried to book a Video-call appointment online, I was able to do that within minutes. When I wanted an in-person appointment, the receptionist male answered the phone very quickly and booked the appointment immediately. He also answered my general questions.

I have been trying 4 different time book an appointment on line, EACH TIME it doesn’t work. Have any of the office staff tried to book an appointment on this system. So then each time I phone and the shortest time waiting on the phone has been 15 minutes 22 seconds. The longest time I waited is 22 minutes 18 seconds. Something needs to be done to make this work more effectively. Once I get an appointment everything goes smoothly and the staff and doctors are great.

Dr Hendiks is friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. I feel lucky to have him as a doctor.

Dr. Ketch is the best doctor I have ever had. The office staff and assistants are always warm and welcoming and do an excellent job of triaging and organizing their patients. I have had some issues getting through on the phone as well but I have also been in the waiting room when there is medical emergencies happening at the clinic and the staff is always doing their best to balance the current workload. Their phones are busy because they're an excellent office!

The staff at Guisachan have always been super friendly to me in the many many years I have visited this office! They have always welcomed me like family. To be honest when I heard Dr.Mackle was leaving I cried. He was always so amazing to me as a young kid and continued through to me having 4 of my own, that being said Dr.Purdon replaced him and I am very fond of him aswell. He has amazing bedside manner and also treats my family like gold! We are very thankful to be his patients! Few names to throw out there that I absolutely love at this clinic, Julie, Barb, Kathy! You are all truly amazing! Many long due improvements are being made to this clinic and it is going to look awesome! LOVE the online booking, and unlike many I am understanding of their new phone system, try being on the other side of the counter receiving all those phone calls!
