Dr Dawson and his assistant Katrina are professional, and extremely thorough. They take care of us like family. We couldn’t be more fortunate in having them look after our healthcare.

I am so grateful for Dr. Dawson and his lovely receptionist Katrina. They both take the time to listen to you and provide you with the best possible care. They go above and beyond to help you. Big big shout out to both of them!!

Dr. Dawson and Katrina are wonderful. Both go above and beyond for their patients. The poor review about the receptionist that was posted two years ago refers to the past receptionist, not the present one. It's unfortunate that a comment cannot be added to that review to state that she is no longer employed by Dr. Dawson.

Dr. Dawson has been nothing but amazing to my friends and grandma. However, his receptionist/Nurse has put a sour taste in all our mouths. She’s rigid, resistant to accommodate to his clients and very unpleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, the initial contact is what makes All the difference, if it wasn’t for the love of Dr. Dawson all these clients would relocate.

I have been a patient at Healthwise family practice from the beginning. Over this past year I have visited the practice Doctor Bennie many times and every time I have been more than satisfied with the treatment that I receive and the friendly yet professional greeting that I receive from the front desk ladies! I have hardly ever been kept waiting for appointments, on the odd occasion that there has been a slight delay there is always a good assortment of reading matter to pass the time. I have only met Doctor Lize Doctor Bennie's wife on a couple of occasions and just like Doctor Bennie she comes across as friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Being one of a family of six I feel it is important to have a good family doctor and the day I found Healthwise Family practice I was able to check that off my list!

We are patients of Dr. Lize. She is absolutely amazing! She is kind, considerate, friendly, professional, and compassionate among the many amazing qualities she has. She is thorough and very easy to talk to as well as understanding and patient. Dr. Lize takes the time to listen and to investigate and concerns. She shares her knowledge with you and takes the time to educate you with your medical condition. She always follows up with you and makes you feel relieved after every appointment as she truly cares about your well being. She is also always on time or very close to!...which is awesome especially having two little ones with very busy schedules! She always makes me feel so welcome as well as my children. She always takes the time to talk with them and make them feel very important as well! Both my kids love her and ask to see her ALL the time!!

I have been with Dr. Andre Hugo since 2013 & I love his sense of humor, he is very personable & easy to talk too. He is thorough & is very compassionate. In my opinion a great family doctor!

I used to think highly of them until we moved. It seems like they do not care about Continued Care. I'm in a different province and my new doctor has made several attempts to retrieve my medical information from them with no response. I've called again and again and again for the past several months and no one has called me back. There's been no attempt whatsoever to help me get my medical records to my new physician so that my medical care can continue and transition smoothly. There has been no effort made on their part. What awful business practice!!!!! It's terrible that they really only care about you as long as you go to their clinic. I moved provinces for god's sake, I didn't switch to a different doctor in the Okanogan. If there is a way to file a formal complain I plan on doing so.

If it wasn't for my Doctor, I would not be here today. I lived in Vancouver for 50 years and never had a family physician. In Kelowna it took 10 days to find Dr. Ben Wiese. I consider myself very fortunate. When I first saw him, I was in bad shape, but he was able to put me on the right medication to prevent further deterioration of my health. He is extremely knowledgeable, very professional and the kindest person you can meet.
