Dr. Elizabeth Perri

I've had this Dr for many years, overall she is an ok Dr. However you should know if Graham is going to be your family Dr. Except to have someone with little compassion & constantly be reminding her of your medical needs. I've had to remind the Dr. several times for referrals, as Graham brushes it off as something non- medical, before I'm even seen by a specialist. Also expect to wait for your scheduled appointment as she is usally late.

At this point if I could give less than one star I would. This office was has been my primary GP for over 17 years, and when it was a shared practice I ALWAYS opted to see Dr. Elizabeth Perri who is a fantastic doctor. Since they have separated practices I have had nothing but problems. If I wrote them all down this review would be two pages long; however, my biggest concerns/issues are as follows: 1 She refuses to do in person appointments unless you are getting a pap test done, blaming it on covid; however, I can attend other doctors offices in person with no issues. I have ongoing chronic problems with my back, as well as, I broke my hand and required surgery last year. And still, no in person appointments have been allowed, even if specifically requested it is still refused. How can you accurately assess a person's range of motion/healing process over the phone. All she does is offer to prescribe medication. 2 The phone calls are very short and limited, leaving me feel very uncomfortable as to an adequate level of care being provided afterwards. As an example, my last "appointment" was a duration of 1 minute and 6 seconds long, and the "appointment" prior to that lasted 2 minutes and 23 seconds long please see photos attached. Keeping in mind that this is being billed to msp as a full doctor's appointment 3 As stated in a previous review, half of the time it takes multiple attempts to get a hold of the office just to book an appointment. Not to mention that Dr. Graham takes 3-6 months off out of the year and has a locum filling in for her, so it's not even consistent as to who will be handling your medical affairs 4. As also stated in a previous review, often times things get forgotten, missed, or overlooked. I have waited multiple times for referrals that have not been sent. And two separate occasions where my medication was sent to the wrong pharmacy Long story short, I am in the process of looking into how I obtain my full medical records. Once this is complete I will be withdrawing care as I would rather go without a family doctor for a period of time until I can find a new one than to continue dealing with the frustrations of clearly inadequate care Would highly NOT recommend Dr. Graham, in my opinion, it's time for her to retire

Terrible hours. The message says that they only answer the phone between 9 and 1 and 2:30 to 4 and not to leave a message as they won't phone back. Yet they rarely answer between these hours. Very frustrating!

Friendly staff and I really like Dr. Graham
