My first appointment at DermMedica was about 4 years ago, and it led to the nearly complete removal of a very embarrassing shoulder tattoo. I have been back to their office about twice a year since then for their chemical peels and a little wrinkle management, and my expectations are always exceeded when I get the chance to see the results of their work. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who thinks the quality is worth the cost.

I chose this clinic for my coolsculpting treatments when I first moved to Kelowna. I usually get coolsculpting once a year or so, just to target the hard spots before my summer trips. Compared to my last clinic, most differences here were an improvement. The staff was friendlier, even the chairs were more comfortable for long treatments. Results were as expected.

LOVE THIS PLACE. My go to for Botox, filler, laser etc etc. Dr. Crippen is extremely knowledgeable, someone you can trust & know you will walk out of there new & improved ! Will tell you if a treatment is capable for you & if it isn't.. Awesome staff, the girls are great. So friendly. Filler lasts a long time.

I have gone to see Dr. Crippen for a couple years now, and all i could say is this doctor is AMAZING. He knows exactly what I want and makes me look as natural as possible. He's the best in the okanagan. I wouldn't go to anyone else other than him. He's a very honest doctor and won't push you for anything you don't feel comfortable doing. The staff are all so friendly and extremely helpful! A great clinic to go get any treatment. I would highly recommend going to book your appointment with Dr. Crippen. He's definitely more than a five star for me. They also have amazing skin care line that you definitely don't want to miss out. I couldn't be any happier with my results, Thanks to DermMedica! :)

Best people workin there! Super happy with everything I've bought (Latisse) and treatments I've gotten! Dr.Crippen and the girls are amazing at giving me exactly what I want.
