Big zero for customer service. Arrogant sales person. They portray same attitude. Rudeness! You can get good geox shoes elsewhere.... wonder under what criteria they got the job.... what a shame!
I enjoy visiting Geox shoes to get the best deal. The shoes are excellent and comfy Breathable at its best. Rockland store's manager was super friendly and kind.
They DO NOT merit even one star.they are arrogant and self-absorbed manager with no willingness to serve or keep a client. We all know Geox as a good Brand . but who serves you is important . Ideffinatly recommend anyone to go to Browns they sell Geox with Amazing customer service. The Cheap manager acted like we never wear shoes before !!! Definitely don’t recommend to go to this store. Try to go to other stores where they actually value their customers.
Attention owner: I want to let you know about how disrespectful your employee Ross was if that's his real name. Is his job to sell Geox merchandise or to repel clients? I went to the store and bought 1 pair of shoes for my son. I asked them to put the 2nd pair on the side, I told them I will go check somewhere else and be back shortly. I came back 12 minutes later to pay for the 2nd pair. Mr Ross started yelling and hitting the table and he was brutally upset that we came back. Mr Ross was already closing the cashier and yelled saying that to process the payment interac would have him "work more" which he was so not happy to do. It is clear that he doesn't like his job, he was telling me he is getting deployed as infantry sometime soon!? I wonder how true is that with such compulsive attitude who would hire him?. His brutal behavior frightened my son. I really wanted to leave the store but had to complete the purchase because we were taking our flight back to Calgary the next day. Ross totally lacks work ethics and has no idea what is customer service. Our experience at this store with Ross was totally unacceptable!!
I'll start by saying this is in no way a reflection of in-store customer service as I don't even know how it is yet. This is about Phone customer service. I tried calling a few days ago, during operating hours. The phone would be ringing for two minutes until someone on their end would hang up. I would call days later, and they would hang up without even asking why I was calling, or even answering the phone! In today's world with COVID shopping, us customers call to ask if something is in stock. It is very normal and other higher traffic stores accomodate this! The website stock is not always accurate. Please keep in mind that I rarely ever make negative reviews, but this hanging-up business is just rude!!!! I hope in-store is better or else i'll have to write another review.
The store is beautifully designed and maintained. It perfectly compliments the quality of the shoes. The 5 stars are for the friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, especially the Manager. He represents customer service at it's best!!
Awful experience with the incompetent store manager.Bought a pair of school shoes for my 7 year old only to notice a large callus on his Hallux Big toe 3 months later. He never complained of pain but was very sore to the touch. I brought in the shoes to complain and find a solution and Eric the manager did not even examine the shoe. Was very arrogant and condescending and did not want to help.He even insinuated that they were hand me downs because they were a size larger they need to fit for most of the school year at 130$??? In his words " Im not giving you a free pair of shoes" I brought the shoes to a professional and there is something sticking out of there inner shoe that is causing this issue on his foot. There is a defect within the shoe itself. Both managers were there and not one took the time to look at the inside of the shoe. I will never go back there !!!! HORRENDOUS SERVICE!!!!!!! After calling the carrefour Laval store looking for Geox canada contact information, I came across their store manager named Tania that asked for me to bring in the shoes the following day for an exchange. She examined the shoes and looked at the photos of the damages caused by the shoe and with no further questions asked exchanged them and offered her apologies for the defective shoes. This is true customer service and proper representation of the brand. Bravo Tania for your professionalism and great care!!!!!
This store does not merit even one star. Incompetent, arrogant and self-absorbed manager with no willingness to serve or keep a client. For those still shopping at this store, keep your bills in a safe place and do not wear your shoes. Should they ever get damaged due to bad craftsmanship, you will first have to burst a blood vessel justifying yourself to the anal retentive manager before getting any type of service you deserve. All should go to Browns shoes who sell Geox but offer superior service.
Went to the store a few days ago to buy boots. Very good service and friendly staff. Will definetely go back. The employee listened to what i needed and found me the perfect pair. Love the energy in the store. Great products
Great clean store with amazing staff! They always make sure you are fully happy with your purchase . The new pumped-up store is even nicer and equipped with chargers, great asset to have!
