Story

Unlike most restaurants, Craft Italian-American Fusion is committed to using Brookings' freshest, homegrown ingredients to execute elegantly handcrafted dishes. Our passion is to ensure our guests have a culinary experience that is as fresh and authentic as the ingredients used each day.

Brookings produces more than just rich culture and agriculture. Being owned and operated by SDSU Alumni, we are introducing an environment that proudly produces it's own food while also boasting the immense wealth of homegrown talent and craftsmanship.

The food was excellent, in my opinion the pasta needed to be cooked more, it felt a little hard and my baby couldn't eat well but I was very surprised when I tried the steak in my pasta, it was such a soft and delicious beef, I ordered a strawberry lemonade that really tasted like lemon! It wasn't too sweet or too sour, it was just perfect, it finished off a great cheesecake, it tasted like home.
Ordered delivery chislic for and appetizer was cooked perfect and the sauce was very good, also got the black and white Alfredo with sauté mushrooms and chicken everything about this dish was amazing from the perfectly cooked noodle chicken was done perfect nice and moist and the sauce was perfect. If you like this kind of food you won’t be disappointed. Thank you for the wonderful meal
A nice local restaurant. It was not crowded on the Tuesday evening that I went. I got the grilled walleye fish and it tasted pretty nice. It took a little longer to get my check ready, but overall it was a good experience at the restaurant.
Just amazing! We ordered too much, ate too much, laughed too much and deff had too much cheesecake and we all would do it again in a heartbeat. Really enjoyed the nice atmosphere without feeling the pressure to be super dressy.
We were here to celebrate my birthday and they treated us so well. We had the smoked salmon dip appetizer which was definitely worth the try. I then shared some pasta with one of my friends. We chose to split the Black & White Alfredo and the Spicy Shrimp Diavolo. I have to say I liked the Alfredo more but that’s my go to with any pasta dish. We ended with 2 slices of cheesecake: red velvet and pistachio with Oreo crust.
