I was treated to this restaurant by two of my mom's friends. I was amazed by the quality of the food, it was a lot better than I expected. The salad was amazing, the soup was delicious, the pork tenderloin I ordered was the best I ever had, and the dessert added the best finishing touches! Despite the name of the restaurant, the owner was very kind and generous; he didn't yell at us. He did yell at one customer for leaving the door to his restaurant open, but who wouldn't? Anyways, I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a high class meal for a good price. Just be sure to dress appropriately, business casual is fine, and come hungry since the chef expects you to finish EVERYTHING on your plate!

The Chef is very professional and takes pride in his work. Show him respect and get it in return. The food he prepares is very good. 4 course meals. Cash only, but very affordable. My favorite is the lamb.

The food is nowhere near as good as many of the reviews say. I would say you could get food similar to this at Ivar's or John's Grill, but with more quantity on the plate. I guess the portions might fool some people. The chef is indeed grouchy and uses every opportunity to yell at customers who do not follow the page-and-a-half of rules listed in the first page of the menu. The chef tries to make it seem like the establishment he is running is a 5 star one, but the food is meh and the service is non-existent.

After i posted my review I called the Chef very mad and told him off Of which he apologized to me and we talked for a while. I found him to be very nice (Everybody has bad days) and sorry I really do not think he tries to offend anyone. He does not take tips But there is a jar to money in for a charity he gives to. SO PLEASE instead of a tip put something in that jar for charity
