I've been to Wasabi Factory three times and each was disappointing for similar reasons. At this point, I can safely say they're a solid three stars. The food is decent, but nothing special or memorable. Avoid all the non-sushi, and the (actually good) sushi is overpriced. The other problem with the sushi is that there are so few customers, the fish goes bad because it isn't cycled fast enough. It would earn a higher rating, but there's only so much the sushi chef can do when there are no customers. The place is clean, that's a major plus in its favor. The decor is pleasant, too. Service is friendly and generally prompt if not stellar.

Friendly, attentive and prompt service. Fresh, appealing and Delicious food! We always order more than we should and never leave anything behind. Dynamite is our must have everytime.

Me and my wife love this place. We use to walk there from our old apartment. Service depends on how new the waiter is but the food is always worth any wait. If you are concerned about time call you order in ahead of time.

Love their sushi and the new owner seems to be filling the big shoes of the last owner who we loved. It's our go to sushi spot!
