Claim Jumper Restaurants

I’ve been here before and was really happy with the meat loaf. It didn’t disappoint this time. The pot pie was one of the best meals we had at the table. The reason for the lower review is the the rest of the meals. The chicken fried steak was under whelming and absolutely nothing special. The rotisserie chicken was really really dry and not even the bbq sauce we asked for could bring it back. The shrimp Alfredo pasta stuff looked good but the sauce was gritty and not creamy at all. Before, I would have recommended this place. Now, I would recommend staying clear and trying something else.

Good service for drinks in the bar. Our crab cakes were cold in the center and not very tasty. Our waitress was great though. The restrooms were really nasty and filthy. They smell like no one ever scrubs the floors! Dirt and grime everywhere. Fire your cleaning staff! You have a pretty great restaurant and that just ruined it. Hope your kitchen and doesn't look that way :-(

I took my family of 10 here for tmThanksgiving 2017. The meal was pricey, excessively so for the portion sizes and meal quality (mashed potatoes without gravy is just sad) but the staff was excellent and the ambience was great. We had children in our group and the wait staff did so great with them I was honestly amazed and so pleased. We left a hefty tip but it was definitely the staff that got us there, not the meal itself. We left in high spirits.

Not what they used to be that is for sure. The only thing that is the same are the cheese potato cakes. And dessert. Used to be a cool place to take the family on birthdays now it's just a big disappointment.

It's a great place to eat. I would say it's a little pricy but you get a lot of food for your buck. It's all made from scratch too so it's excellent quality food.
