We have come from out of town several times to purchase, and the experience has always been a positive one. This last time was no exception. We came to buy a pair of dirt bike boots for our son, and we saw a pair online that were on sale. The advisor who was helping us offered to go look in the back. They didn't have the exact ones, but he found the same model in a different color. Our son tried them on, loved them , and although they weren't on sale, the advisor offered to honor the sale price for us, amazing!! He punched it into the computer and told us to pay downstairs with the cashiers. Not thinking too much of it, we paid and went to the car. It was then that I looked at the receipt, and it seemed to be more than what was discussed. I went back to the cashier, explained what was discussed upstairs, and without hesitation, not only did they honor the price discussed, but they also took an additional 10% off due to the inconvenience. Amazing customer service, our family will be back again :
I brought my motorcycle to GP Bikes for a routine maintenance appointment and ended up waiting from 9am to 5 pm to get my motorcycle done.Through no fault of their own there were issues with updating the software and the bike wouldn’t run.It was a frustrating day for me and for the staff.Luckily the problem was resolved just around 5 pm. Was I ever glad.nWhen I went to check out they presented me with my bill…..$0.00nI did not expect that.I would say they went above and beyond to get the problem solved.
While I cannot say that the complete experience was perfect, GP Bikes has always been awesome to deal with. I purchased a 2024 Indian Pursuit from Jonathan, who was a pleasure to deal with. Within an hour of questions, was ready to make the purchase, dealt with Mark on the finances and was on my way. Delivery of the bike happened quickly, but not ideal, it was not completely configured or functioning as it should, but GP bikes made it right, very quickly. Jerry President got involved and ensured they resolve the issues ASAP. Communication was great and he stayed late to have me pickup the bike. Look forward to continuing business with the team, they are all excellent, pleasant and very helpful. Very much appreciated. I would highly recommend them.
It is worth the drive to GP bikes for an amazing selection of motorcycles, gear and everything in between. Needing armoured pants we were assisted by Selena who spent a considerable amount of time helping us find the appropriate size, fit and safety rating. She gave us every option imaginable, sourcing sizes, different types, and sharing her knowledge about each brand. Having a dedicated member bringing new sizes and options, we sorted through what worked and what didn't. No need for us to run back and forth after each try on WOW!! Thank you Selena, we not only left impressed with your excellent service but delighted with the new riding pants that will take us on our long distance adventures.
