I moved into this area and first visit was okay experience, I won’t call it the best experiencennReceptionist was not polite, she was not ready answer questions and pointing me to read the notice, which I found a bit rudennWait time - Receptionist said 4 patients a head of me and I waited 1 hour and 10 mins before the nurse called me in, then in the room 15 mins wait to see the doctor 1 hour 30 mins waitnIssue was there were patients register and they leave when they come back, they gets priority instead of putting them bottom of the list. So if I come here next time I will register and leave and then will come back in 2 hours.nnDoctor was nice and helpful
I've been in Whitby for about a year and have visited this office many times for myself and my kids during walk in hours. It's generally very busy, and the wait is long.nnPersonally, I didn't think the front desk was rude. They're busy and need to keep things moving. I appreciate that they're not talking with patients and trying to get the line moving.nnIf its a particularly long wait, which it usually is unless you're there waiting in line before the doors open, then they let you know to come back in an hour or so.nnI've had good experiences with the doctors there so far, and in particular really liked Dr. Nathoo. He was thorough, and took his time to explain everything.nnSo yes, the wait is long, and the front desk is curt, but it's a busy doctor's office. They followed up with me, provided excellent medical care, and didn't make me wait unnecessarily for an hour. If they were accepting new patients, this would be my go-to.
Me and my family have been patients of Dr. Cecutti since he was at Kendalwood Plaza. He's amazing. Patient, attentive, and so very kind. It shows in his staff too.nnWhen I mentioned offhand that I had started transitioning, and wanted to talk to the doctor about it, the nurse was kind, and said he'd be right in. Moments after she left, she popped back in and asked if there was a name I'd prefer going by. I've never had any issue at this clinic, and this was well before the legal name change was in process. This sort of affirmation so early in my journey was so important to me, and let me know that things were going to be okay.nnThank you, your ongoing support over the last 25+ years has been amazing, and has meant so very much to me.
Excellent care and super quick! I was very lucky and surprised at the level of care! I had an infected cut and possibly broken hand. The doctor had rush xrays done with her quick followup to me, tetanus shot and antibiotics. I was very lucky as the outcome in this case could have gone very bad, very quick!
I went to this clinic twice this week. The receptionists were professional and courteous. The nurses were very kind. Dr. A. Michael was absolutely amazing. She diagnosed my son's ailment and prescribed a 3-pronged approach to provide natural relief immediately and promote quick healing. For those who think that the clinic staff is rude...kindness & respect begets kindness & respect.
