Glen Hill Terrace

Glen Hill Terrace takes the health of its residents very serious When visiting you must take a rapid test and wear a mask The home is very clean. Staff are wonderful and show they really do care and understand the needs of residents. Kathryn is wonderful with staff and provides family with updates on happenings in the home. Regular calls from nursing staff to update us on any concerns that may arise. Many daily activities are scheduled for the residents. No concerns from me.

I just read Ruth Stringer's review and wish to share my opinion as well. I visited my mother on 3 North on the weekend. It was shocking to say the least. To begin with, the 3rd floor looked very sterile, as if I were in a hospital setting. Not a hint of decorations anywhere in the dining/lounge area. Sunday's visit at lunch time went fairly well until staff started collecting dishes, etc. from tables and tossing them noisily into bins. I took mother to her room. The one bright spot that day was a piano played very briefly by a staff member before she left.nSunday was no better. I meant to ask if turkey was on the menu for dinner but forgot. I also learned that personal belongings go missing quire regularly. SAD

I cannot say enough good things about this home. I've been in a lot of homes both personally and professionally - this home is notably unique. You will find professional and caring individuals across the home in all departments. The home is well kept and sanitary. Highly recommend!

Clean facility and my relative always is care for by dedicated, caring staff members. They have lots of enriching activities for the residents and encourage them to socialize while following appropriate health and safety measures.

Based on our experience today as a family of retired nurses - can’t say enough about the professionalism, empathy and compassion with this place.
