Came here to try the iconic baby sized burrito as well as the creamy chipotle chicken burrito. The baby sized burrito was everything you want in a classic burrito we got it with steak. Nothing mind blowing or fancy, just a solid and filling burrito. The creamy chipotle chicken burrito somehow tasted like a casserole but we all weirdly still enjoyed it. It has zucchini in it which adds a nice crunch but it's not quite a flavor I would go for in a burrito again. Service was lovely and there's an awesome selection of salsas to try! There is also convenient parking next to the building.
Some days are harder than others, and today was a hard day for our friend. You know that sense of helplessness you feel when you want to do something for someone you love, but nothing seems helpful? Call Gorditos and ask for the 2.8 pound big-boy.
Warning: Not what it used to be. This place used to be amazing. I was a regular back in '99, I worked across the street. Not sure if change in ownership or covid changed it for good. 1 Used to get free chips and warm salsa with your order. Not anymore. 2 Used to be served on a plate with real silverware. Now it's in a clamshell to go container with the cheapest possible plastic utensils. 3 Used to have wooden seating typical of a Mexican restaurant. Now it's gaudy picnic tables as uncomfortable as can be. 4 Food was OK but Way Way too expensive. Got a wet burrito and a drink. With 15% tip almost 20 dollars for one person? And no chips and salsa? Used to be 7 bucks . I get it, inflation, etc but what a rip off. Won't be back, truly sad. Obvious that I'm not the only person who thinks so. Place was empty at 1230 lunch hour. Used to have lines out the door. They are trying to use their baby size burrito fame from the 90's to get cred but it's no longer a good value or a pleasent place to get lunch.
Huge burrito. Yummy Nachos, quick service. Only 1 mess up we asked for no tamatoes and we got them. No biggie simple to remove. We shared huge burrito between the 2 of usDine in: YesTakeout: Yes
Absolutely fantastic Large Burrito, last time they forgot the sauce, but these things are huge. I had to cut mine in half and I still could not eat it all. Absolutely need salsa and sour cream. Door Dash price very reasonable. Enough for four people. Next time I'll get the enchilada plate cause that has everything. Absolutely recommended. It's a toss up between here and Taqueria Tequila down the street.
No frills pick up and go when you're hungry burritos/taco restaurant . Moderate extra pkg nearby. Regular burrito has plenty of leftovers for sharing. An overly hungry patron may also be willing to share; it's that filling. Some may want sour cream "mixture" on the side to add in as needed as it seems a mix of dairies; very rich but also kinda yummy!
Best burritos in town, and fast! Their dining room is closed right now, but we usually do pickup anyway. The creamy chipotle burrito is my favorite, but their famous 'baby burritos' are enormous and delicious as well. Staff is very friendly.Food: 5/5
I've been here a couple times before and it was ok. Due to diet restrictions I can really only have the tortilla, eggs and maybe some meat. They WERE always good and flexible with what I wanted, and charged me less due to not getting 70% of the ingredients. This time I went and they were unwilling to give a burrito at a cheaper price and offered 2 tacos, which ended up being much more than 1 burrito. I went with that cause I was so hungry. I ate one of them and my stomach immediately started hurting and I had to go "to the bathroom" extremely urgently and immediately. I felt bad for the rest of the day and threw away the other taco since the first made me sick. Wish I could get a refund, but I know that's unlikely. Won't be going there anymore!
We visited to try the infamous baby burrito! It was pretty massive and easily shareable for two people. They also have a nice salsa bar and every order includes a basket of chips. Menu prices are slightly discounted if you pay cash.
We ordered lunch for 5 people for take out. When we got our order home EVERY item was wrong. We ordered a burrito with no salsa, it had salsa in it, order a hard shell taco, we got a soft shell taco, ordered a side of guacamole, no guacamole. When we looked at the receipt, all of our requests were listed….DO NOT order on line, the staff are unable or unwilling to fulfill orders that have special requests. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Very disappointing.
