Very quiet and almost all of the tenants are very friendly : love the scenery. Its a bit out of the way for the 2 feet and a heart beat as only one bus services this area and it tacks on about an extra 30-45 minutes of transportation.

This is a wonderful place to live, quiet, peaceful, friendly, and an oasis of calm in our increasingly chaotic world!

Way too many speed bumps they are placed every 5-8ft it seems and the community is not welcoming at all. I would visit friends up there and there neighbors would come out to yell at me for being there as I am a lot younger than the people whom reside there or tell me I was driving too fast or I was the problem as I blocked there parking spots I always parked in Visitor Parking. Beautiful location as it is tucked away with lots of deer, trees and Florence Lake

Pretty but very old infrastructure for water is always failing, potholes everywhere and trees have fallen on mobiles

Quiet homes nestled amid rainforest trees...not many sunny spots...feels somewhat gloomy? But if your looking for a quiet spot off the busy path this is for those 55plus

Just visiting but love the vibe and the people. Feels like your on a camping vacation.

Pro- an ideal setting, heavily treed, easy access to Florence lake. Con- narrow roads with blind corners.
