I don’t usually write negative reviews. I called in to order for party trays for the next day and agreed to pay in advance for them. After she took my order down, I asked for the total and she refused to give me an amount. She said I will see the total after I am charged. You don’t ask someone for their credit card information without telling them how much they will be charged. How unprofessional and rude.

Food is ok. Customer service is another issue. If you make a mistake, own up to it. Don't blame the customer for ordering the "wrong thing". 2nd time visiting this location. there will not be a 3rd. I was warned by at least 3 other families about this location. Apparently the Burnaby location is miles above

I ordered Dinakdakan, BBQ, Rice, and Pork Sinigang online.. Rice is ok...big portion. Pork sinigang could be better, it needs more sourness. BBQ is dry and bland. And the Dinakdakan is kinda disappointing. It's more like Paksiw. It had sour soup and where's the mayonnaise?

I agree with many of the reviews that says, service all around is terrible. Regardless of your age, you should always provide a warm, welcoming and friendly atmosphere with good customer service. The prices have gone up with the lack of hospitality that does not match the prices, nor the quality of the food, especially their desserts and so-called hot to order menus. I won't be surprised if this particular location will be permanently closed in less than a year.

They just microwaved the entree. I wonder how many weeks was the food seating in the fridge. Mamon’s were old looks like they just change the dates and pre pack to look fresh again. Also bad customer service.

I hope they sell fresh baked goods everytime. I bought a sansrival at this place. Growing up in the phillipines loving sansrival from them. But the one that I bought is not that good anymone. I dont even know how long its been sitting in their fridge. It was too dry and hard already. And the cashews in every layer on it, Is a few to none. I just hoped they improved this. But still loving the taste of it.

Employees poor service, Luck of experienced. Missing ordered, with NO refunds, no printed receipts given to us? Spoiled old stocks of ensaymadas. I've spend $400.00 that's it! I will never ever go back to GOLDILOCKS Bakery.

They did an incredible job of my friends baby shower cake. Couldn't believe how great it looked for the price! After having shopped around for cakes to find one that wasn't super costly, I was starting to lose hope of finding one within my budget but then I came across goldilocks and they were willing to work with my budget. The cakes flavour wasn't to my liking as it was super low on sweetness but it was more about the presentation anyway. If you want a rich, buttery flavour with less sugar Goldilocks is a great option. They went above and beyond and made a perfectly beautiful cake for my friend. Would definitely recommend!

We came to eat here from Edmonton, Alberta. First impression of the staff was not good at all. When we asked for a menu we were rudely pointed to the sign above the hot food station. When we had further questions they continued to ignore us and at one point the lady even rolled her eyes at us. It lacks professionalism and throughout my meal I regretted coming here. If we knew that the service would be this bad we would have chosen another place to go. They are representing a staple Philippine restaurant that people from all over the country travel for. They should at least show some basic hospitality. In addition the food was not prepared fresh. I literally watched her heat everything up in the microwave...do not come here it is not the experience you would think it to be.
