Golden Griddle

Ordered the Classic Club Sandwich. Chicken,ham,bacon,lettuce,tomatoes, cheddar cheese and mayonnaise . Good ratio of meat for sure! Could have used a bit more mayonnaise. Also ordered home fries which was crispy and seasoned well. This was a great sandwich and very filling and priced well.Food: 4/5

We recently visited The Breakfast House in Barrie for brunch and absolutely loved the food. The quality of food was amazing and the staff was gracious, very hospitable. Would definitely recommend anyone visiting Barrie to make a stop here for an amazing experience.

Lovely Place, great service and magnificent food. Been here on a Sunday and I was able to get a table in no time and the service was spot-on, they will always ask you for coffee refills every 10 mins and the taste was just like fireworks in mouth.

I've been following TBH on Instagram for a while, but hadn't actually gone in until yesterday. Their homefries are seriously delicious and the waffle was very fresh and soft. We would definitely go back again. The interior decor is very nice, as well, and the employees all seemed to be friendly and happy. Worth checking out, if you haven't yet! Kid-friendliness: They have waffles with Nutella and whipped cream .... So that's kid friendly, lol. Parking: Parking is right out front.

Was zipping through Barrie on a long trip up north and since we didnt want to go far from the main drag we stopped at TBH. Was plesantly surpised at the quick and timely service, kind waitstaff and delicious food! Highly recommend you giving TBH a change. Ps, the strawberry jam was AMAZING!! Vegetarian options: There are Omelettes you can customize, a veggie opition for the breakfast hashes, pancakes and waffles!

Whoever was making food at this time could not care any possible amount less. Eggs were sawdust. A tablespoon of hollandaise. 8 bites of potatoes. Packaged like this. On a pawsitive note, my dog liked it.

I will say usually I take my daughter here on Mondays, she's almost 3 years old. Our usual server is kind enough to offer my clearly small daughter a single pancake option as the kids pancakes is just far too much. She also is super kind and polite to her. If we go and she's not working I would honestly lower the star rating to a 3 or 4 as the food if fine, nothing amazing but pretty good but I find the other staff just not as welcoming. Also quick mention the menus are a little worse for wear and could use an update. Overall if your looking for a breakfast spot this one is definitely an okay option
