Globefish Sushi & Izakaya

Hands down one of the best! Have tried so many others but they dont even come close to the level of quality here. Awesome staff too!

As the name suggests, we expected to find more izakaya options but were surprised to not find much. We really did enjoy the Toro, Hamachi and Saba sushi though. Would we go back? Not sure..... likely because it was quite expensive. The quality is there, don’t get me wrong; but just maybe a tad bit expensive.

First time at Globefish. Excellent sushi - tataki was actually sliced thinly as it should be! Friendly efficient staff too. Did I mention the saki sample flight? Will definitely be back.

Excellent rolls, specialty ones are good, gyoza and miso are excellent, pretty good value and takeout ready when promised.

My favourite sushi spot in the city. It's also my favourite globefish in the city. Globefish is safe for celiac allergies and gluten sensitivity. Service is always great. We enjoy seeing Matt when we come in. Definitely worth checking out.

Real Japanese Sushi! Fresh, Clean and Delicious. Food presentation looks as good as it tastes. Priced reasonably. Awesome staff. Definitely a fine place to enjoy with friends and family!

Good and fresh sashimi, rolls and Japanese alcohol available. Ordered the plum liquor by bottle and it was served nicely chilled in a bowl of ice. Service is not as great as the food but it’s not terrible!
