Just ordered 3 coffee's, staff was incredibly rude. On top of that, messed up my order, and made me pay more for their mess up. Will be going to Bean Scene 20ft away for the rest of the season for my morning coffees. Not the best way to start my day off :( Response to Owner Reply: Thank you for responding! I did in fact order the same three lattes (all vanilla latte's), 3x 12oz.. It wasn't an eventual decision (i was actually ordering for my friends back at my condo who requested these prior). Your staff was very puzzled when i asked to switch one to a 16oz, and ended up only making 2 coffees, at which point i asked for a third (very politely i might add). Your staff then informed me i didn't order a third (i did...). I was very clear (this really isn't rocket science). I understand I was there right at open (9AM) and your staff may have been still waking up, but putting the blame on a friendly paying customer doesn't seem fair. The older lady was lovely, it was your younger brunette staff that wasn't friendly or perceptive to taking my order. Even when i was leaving and I said "have a good day," i was met with was a scoff. Silly to have that mentality on a Saturday morning. I will still be taking my business elsewhere, and you can keep the extra $2.

I have taken a few day trips up to the mountain over the summer/fall months and have had nothing but friendly service. Great tasting lunch everytime!

After a morning of hiking and biking we had lunch. Very tasty and filling, for a good price, and the staff was excellent.

What a wonderful experience!! The staff are fantastic and friendly, the food is phenomenal and I highly recommend making the trip up to Big White to experience the fun and exciting atmosphere. You will be very pleased that you went and I am sure that you will tell all your friends and family as I have done! We were up there on Sat and my husband is already bugging me to go back up! :) Thanks for everything

Jude and Paul have done a great job bringing authentic cuisine and a great atmosphere to Big White. The staff go the extra mile while providing a great service. The fun and friendly atmosphere adds to the loveliness of the mountain. Please continue the great food and service that you are providing. We will always be back.
