Classy pricey place with amazing drinks. Service can be more professional. Drinks & snack: the cocktails on their menu are very original and amazing. The classic cocktails were also nicely made. Olives with peanuts are pretty good. Creamy Bohemian’s appearance can be improved. It really looks like vomit. Service: staff Kate who served us can be more professional. I didn’t make reservation to come here to be judged by what I order, my race, what I wear, or whom I’m with. Other staff are very attentive and friendly. Atmosphere: classy deco. The background music was very poor-taste pop music and so loud that we couldn’t hear each other in conversations. Don’t think the music matches a high-end cocktail bar named Hemingway Maybe light jazz or light classic would fit better. I can tell most people here care and are passionate about what they do. I just would expect more professionalism from one of the best cocktail bars in the world. My night could have been much better if I didn’t have to experience the judgments from one staff. No customer should have to.

Probably the best cocktail bar we have been to. Great atmosphere, friendly stuff and awesome cocktails. Thank you George for the great time and the best old fashioned I ever had. All other cocktails we had were fantastic too. See you next time.

Very bice place to have a good cocktail. Service was really good. Stuff is very friendly and kind. Prices are fair for the best cocktails in Prague! Usually is a busy place so it’s possible to have to wait in a line to get in, but is definitely worth the time.

A lovely gem, the staff are so friendly and more than happy to discuss the menu and the cocktails, really learnt a lot from them. The drinks are amazing the absinthe was really good, never thought it would be as good. Well with trying the Robinson cocktail Was very good.

Excellent cocktail experience in Prague. Beautiful drinks in a comfortable setting. Very friendly service, creative cocktails and very unique garnish. They put a lot of thought into their menu and would definitely recommend it. Seating is limited but it is easy to make a reservation online on their site. Do it to be safe and enjoy!

We enjoyed the cocktails, the place, the music, the hospitality and the service. Cocktails were definitely unique and not simple twists of the classics. Waiters are also happy to help you find the cocktails that better suits your taste. Other than that their catalogue offers more than 300 runs, which I think is kind of awesome Probably you should consider booking in advance as it is quite crowded and they only allow people inside if there is available seating.

They have very welcoming atmosphere made tremendous cocktails. The barmaid madam has extraordinary experience about her job I really like the hype at this bar. The also have very good scotch and world whiskeys options. Definitely recommended and will visit again

Amazing cocktail bar. It's very popular for a reason. The staff are exceptionally helpful and do a great job and explaining all the different cocktails on there vast menu. It's a nice place to go and treat yourself.

I think Hemingway had the best drinks at any bar I’ve been to in Prague. The bar is tucked in a small street in old town, but it was super busy when I went. The two drinks that I had were delicious, albeit definitely not cheap. The waitstaff at Hemingway were also very friendly and came to recommend their signature drinks. If you’re looking for a high quality bar in Prague, this place is it.

If you want a nice quiet evening with your SO or you want to chat with the staff or think about the coming days, then this a great bar to visit. The cocktails themselves while not strong, are definitely flavorful and well made. Reservations are highly recommended if you want seats around the bar, otherwise you can get lucky with walk-ins but you will be sitting away from the bar. A little on the pricier side about 15 USD per coktail but if you want good ambiance and flavorful drinks, then this is your place.
