We get food specially ordered to the store and one time it was sold to someone else by mistake. The manager (or owner?) Ended up driving all the way to Kitchener to personally pick up another bag for us. The staff is always very nice as well. 
We also have been bringing our 2 dogs to get groomed here and the girl who does it is honestly the nicest most friendly person ever. I was walking through the store one day and heard her explaining everything she was doing very calmly and nicely to this elderly dog. I booked my dogs right away and they looked wonderful after. 
Very happy I found this location.

Was so impressed today when I was remembered, that a concern was obviously followed through with, and my fur baby's life was condolenced. That is the difference!

Great place for good quality food for your pets.  Staff are amazing - so helpful and friendly!
