I have dealt with Darlin Klein several times at the Mobile Shop in Zehrs Stratford, as my family has three cell phones purchased and upgraded there over the years. Darlin is a wonderful person, very knowledgeable in all aspects of dealing with cell phones. She is very quick to solve any problems in the best way for her customers and is excellent when having to contact providers and talk to their agents. I have always left the store more than satisfied, last time I even gave her a hug! Keep up the great work Darlin, you deserve a pay raise!
