Bought a hamster for my 3 year old daughter. The girl with the blonde hair helped us, EXCELLENT customer service and made it a wonderful experience for my Daughter.
Incredibly kind and knowledgeable staff ready to help you with any of your pets needs.
Terrible customer service. We called ahead a day prior and notified the manager that we were driving an hour to come purchase a cockatiel they had in the store. When we arrived, we noticed the cage was empty... Upon speaking with that same manager, he informed us it sold earlier that day.. Extremely disappointed and they've lost out on our business indefinitely. Considering we were about to drop nearly $1000 that day I that store.
Chazie our cat is 15 years old. Over the past 6 months he has become a very, very fussy eater; loosing just under half his body weight. Please note: Chazie is a big cat, weighing 16 pounds at his peak. We contacted Tracey and she has been more than helpful in suggesting food Chazie might like. Anyhow to make a long story short, I think we may be narrowing down the foods Chazie may eat for now. Thank you Tracey and the Ruffins' for their support and help. Barbara & Charlie Fox

The only pet store in the city that had the cat food our vet recommended. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. If anything we needed that they didnt stock, they would order.
