Canadian Tire

You have a very lovely woman working at mall entrance cash register. I saw her on Tuesday as my son and I were checking out and it's some of the best customer service I've ever seen or recieved. She was equally as nice to every person that went through. She should be recognized.

Purchased a vacuum cleaner online. Less than an hour later got an email saying the item was ready for pickup. Took less than 2 minutes for the clerk to verify my identity and give me my item. Love speedy and accurate service.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff everywhere. The store is so full- corporate- expand their location! It is crammed and a little outdated but so is all Festival Market Place Shopping ‍ Customer service Kathleen is fast, understanding and kind. The manager of the Auto Service, Kevin, is what you want an autoshop staff member to be like; honest, thorough and efficient. I recently purchased a used vehicle and drove it across the country. I took it in here for some winter tires and learned SO much about the safety of my car, the modifications done by the previous owner, and that the previous tires weren't secured properly . Prices are fair.

They discourage bringing your own bags, if you do they want you to leave at counter or customer service. Been hassled while I'm shopping more than once, since I look suspect I guess. Rarely visit anymore.

I dont normally post reviews and this is more of a recommendation for locals but dont wear a red sweater or anything that looks like what the employees wear. I wear a red coat and in the last 2 months have had multiple "elderly" get irritated with me about Christmas lights and even when I say I dont work here.

I was recently shopping there and two registers were open, 20 people were in line. There was an interaction between two cashiers behind the scene which went on for what I felt was an excessive amount of time. A good idea would be to look at the possibility of having 3 self check outs to assist in better customer flow.

I drove from Kitchener to get a product that they had in stock only to find out that they refuse to honor advertised prices from other Canadian Tire stores. That was ridiculous! I like Canadian Tire but I will never go back to this one. Do yourself a favor and stay away, they obviously don't care about your customer experience.

Very frustrating my last visit was. Hard to find any staff and once I did they went to look for the item I came in for. Thirty minutes later still no return if the young lady. The female at the service desk stated the store room is as big as the store and that is why she is taking so long. What a lie. I am very familiar with this store, unknown to the female who made that statement. I left

They did not honor a sale tag price and wasted quite a bit of our time trying to negotiate something that didn't even make sense. Going to second guess purchases from now on from this location.

I'd like to make sure that I buy every piece absolutely possible for the smallest project. Which turns into a rebuild of the entire side of the house. Call it the place to fix your original fix.
