My mom and I had a fabulous experience here! The nails are beautiful quality and they were very informative about what would work best for my nails as they were very weak and short nail biter. I'm so impressed by the service here. Maddy was so kind and really impacted our experience in the best way possible! Wished I lived in Toronto so we could keep coming back! Highly recommend.

The ladies were very very nice. They did a great job with both pedicure and full set gel nails. They were able to fit me in last minute and the pricing was pretty good. The place is clean and they use great products. The only reason I am not giving them five stars is they need to hire more people as they are very busy!

Love going here!! I get my nails done at Glamour Secrets in Simcoe Place every 3 weeks or so. Their shellac/gel lasts for so long and still looks great at 3 weeks, just grown out. Tracy and Maddy have both done a fantastic job on my shellac manicure and are so sweet and friendly! Today I also had my eyebrows threaded by Maddy. She did a wonderful job. The ladies here are very accommodating and willing to make it work with last minute appointments. Good prices too! Highly recommended!

I got my first gel manicure with extensions + shellac here and I've been going back for refills for the past 5 months. The gel and shellac lasts me up to 4 weeks without chipping and it always looks amazing. The staff is absolutely lovely, they have great recommendations and they really care about quality.

I went in for gel nails and shellac on top. The manager did an awesome job . She explained all the products she used on me. She also told me that the gel nails have a warm sensation before applying them on the nails. I have been doing my gel nails for the past 5 years and it always has a warm sensation. She also fit me in for a pedicure and body waxing although their schedule was so tight. They are very clean and extremely professional . I would highly rexommend them. And the good thing is that you can do all your service in one stop shop. Thanks

My experience at this location was nothing more than amazing. I was amazed by the cleanliness of the store. The staff was wonderful and courteous. I came to get an ear piercing and I was thankful to get Maddy to do the piercing. The piercing took only a mere second and it was painless. There wasn't any soreness or swelling afterwards. If you are present in the downtown area and you need waxing or piercing or even a manicure go to this location. They will never disappoint. As a customer, the one thing that I was impressed about Maddy was her expertise and knowledge as well as her patience. She and her staff are amazing. Well done I will be back for more services in the near future.

I love going here Simcoe Place Maddy and the other staff are amazing. They do such an amazing job with giving you exactly what you need and want and over exceeding expectations. I always go here for my shellac, they're clean and have a wide range of colours. They always accommodate my needs and available times during work hrs and even after. I've called them in the past to reschedule an appointment and asked if they can take me right away and they said yes. They're amazing and honestly if you need something done really fast and on the spot this is the place togo. They are accommodating and do a phenomenal job!!! Love this place, literally my downtown go to for all my beauty needs and upkeeps.

I found this place just over a year ago from a sandwich board on the street near where I live, it offered quick and reasonably priced services.  After having unsatisfactory experiences other beauty bars I wasn't expecting much, but thought it may be good if I needed a quick blow out, eyebrow wax or manicure.  What a pleasant surprise I had, all the services I tried were great, particularly the shellac manicures and Pedicures.  Vlada and Lisa are the only one's I've used for nail services and both are  fantastic, I don't go anywhere else for nails now.  Friendly service and the place is always organized and spotless, Highly recommend.

This is the second time I’ve been to Glamour Secrets simcoe and it’s safe to say, I’ve found my new regular nail salon. Both shellac mani/ pedis I’ve received we’re beautiful. Maddy, the owner, is awesome and I highly recommend her. Her attention to detail is nothing I’ve ever experienced at any other salon. Other than the excellent quality service, this place absolutely caters to busy women! When I found out they were open as early as 8am, I was blown away! Being able to squeeze in a treatment before work or during your lunch hour is game changing. I can’t thank Maddy enough and I can’t wait to come back.
