Firstly, the entire place is immaculate and full of light. I received a friendly welcome upon arriving and assistance in finding a product I needed to purchase. Brie did my pedicure and her service was very professional, her personality upbeat and warm, and the end result transformed my feet to happy ones.Service:&nbsp;Pedicure

The service is good but they rushed the drying process for my nails and wrapped them way too soon. I usually get pedis and other salons would make me sit and wait under a drying fan to ensure what I had paid for would last. Unfortunately since the store was almost closing, I felt rushed. Since I was more than 5 minutes late, they had reduced my regular pedi to a quickie one- which I was fine with but still rushed the process of drying and got home to see our nails were ruined.

We love this location, very spacious and welcoming.  The staff is awkward friendly and helpful.  Bri went the extra mile in making sure every detail was not missed.  I’m looking forward to my next visit soon!Service:&nbsp;Pedicure

I was 10 mins late for my appointment due to unforeseen construction and parking unavailability near the store, got 2 back to back calls from them while I was looking for parking which slowed me down even more and was told to be there under 2 mins to avoid losing my spot, which I did I had my phone records to prove, still the front desk staff rudely denied service and was very dismissive about the whole situation. I’ve never been treated this way in a service-based establishment especially with such high pricing. They offered zero accommodations or sympathy. I Will not go back.

My usual nail technician was out of town so I opted to go to The Ten Spot - Don Mills. They were incredibly kind and welcoming. Everything was clean and sterile. It wasn't busy at all - probably because I was the last client for the day which was great because I had undivided attention.  To be very honest, the other reviews are true. My nail chipped literally 3-4 hours after. I hadn't been rough for it to occur, nor did I handle anything that would cause chipping. My nails were done by I'd say a fairly new and inexperienced nail technician. There were particles in the nail polish or top coat that left visible marks. While she did try to get it out by buffing my nails, I wasn't fully satisfied. Also, the application of the polish was incredibly uneven and when it baked, it set that way. I wasn't happy and I explained that I'd like her to fix it. Her manager came and buffed it out but I can still see it. It really looks splochy and unprofessional.  Overall, I loved the ambience and the nail polish colour selection but not the service. I should have waited until my usual nail technician came back! I would pass on The Ten Spot - it's overpriced and won't leave you satisfied.

Bre is the best waxer in Toronto! So quick but extremely thorough! If you are looking for a waxer she’s your girl! So sweet as well !

Both Michelle and Rowyn are detailed! Place is quite clean and looks like they just moved in but they have been at Shops at Don Mills for 6 years!Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

I had my first leg and underarm wax today with Michelle T. and it was a great experience! The salon is clean and spacious and Michelle did a great job with my waxing! I'm very happy with my results and will be returning regularly for sure!Service:&nbsp;Body waxing
