I've been going to Victoria Park location for the last 3 years for my hair. Cristy is always doing a great job with my& hair & always gets a compliment. I highly recommend this place .
very friendly ,patient and affordable price.I went there last month,for coloring ,my hair was very damaged because i permed curly last year. Today,I went back there and did the keratin hair treatment,I have to admit it took me 4 hours ,but it was walk in so i was stuck in bet.other customers,most places you have to make an appointment so I guess I can't complain. I was worried how's my hair gonna turn out,but I'm glad it actually came out nice.Thanks to Cristy for being patient!!!...my hair was hopeless...Services: Hair coloring
Probably the worst waxing experience i’ve ever had. I called them beforehand and asked if they do face threading and arm waxing, they said yes to both and I booked an appointment. When I showed up, she took me into the room then told me she doesn’t know how to do threading and that I probably called a different threading place by mistake. I left it and asked her just to wax my arms and not thread my face. The wax paper was so rough and she was trying to wax my whole arm with one paper at one shot. I started to bleed and peel but she kept doing that. I suggested she wax in small areas but she didn’t listen. By the end, I was left with so much peeled skin, red marks, and many spots on my arms un-waxed. Not to mention, I had an injured thumb that was wrapped in gauze but she proceeded to squeeze it multiple times, even after I told her not to touch it as it was injured. I had to go to a different place right after to get my arms waxed properly and my face threaded. Would not recommend going to this place for waxing.Service: Body waxing
The worst customer service I have ever encountered. They are rude and mock customers. Very unprofessional. I booked an appointment before arrival for waxing, threading, and haircut. They basically cut my hair which was very unnoticeable and straightened my hair for 45 minutes. I asked them if they can do my eyebrows and waxing, said they have no time and asked me to comeback later. They were making fun of the other customers too. And for all these humiliation 75$$. Will never go back. I strongly believe 0 star should be an option.
They gave me great haircuts everytime. You guy's deserve 10 star. Bit google didn't allowed me ‍ they're soo professional and affordable cost. They never fail to greet you, even uf they're busy or it's rush hour. I will definitely make this as my permanent salon . Thank you :

Awesome place to get super haircut at reasonable price. Highly recommend for all your salon needs.
This is the place where I got my worst haircut. On top of the horrible haircut, the behavior of the service provider was terrible. My hair looked like femalish boy cut from the back and it was shorter at the back compared to the front. Also they almost burned my head with hot water while washing my hair after the haircut. Additionally, they charged me $5 more because my hair was slightly long. This is a problem with these people. They won't do their job well and will find a way to make more money out of you by offering an inferior service. Terrible and pathetic.

After a long time of not being able to see a hairdresser. I had my super long hair cut and styled, end result awesome. He did an Amazing job. Great service, very kind. Good price. Will go back again in future.Service: Hairstyling
