Artistic Nails

I love there and it was my first time going. They did an amazing job on my hands and feet best nail place ever also they are super friendly and gave me what I want wanted instead of pushing things on me. Jenna is so friendly and very professional and I will definitely be going back.

Really great shop to get my nails done. I just moved across the city and was looking for an affordable salon to replace the spot I've been loyal to in the west end for 7+ yrs Oscar nails and Artistic Nails is the spot! The tech that served me was friendly and efficient, she didn't try to up-sell me too much and did what I asked for. I am very picky about my nails and she did an awesome job. They have a full range of services and a clean, bright shop. They are open Mon-Sat 10am-7pm.

Went way to close to closing and they still took me. Did a great job on the acrylic set I requested. The woman who did my nails was extremely patient with my indecisiveness and helped choose my color. It's now two weeks later and I feel like I just got them done. Despite the fact her shift was over, she took her time and went above and beyond to please me.

Absolutely horrible experience. The nail tech I got did a horrible job. Nails were crooked. Design was amateur like a toddler did it. Paid 45$ and left disappointed. I'm from Ottawa and heard they do nails better in Toronto. ... clearly I must of gone to the ONE place where it's utter Crap. I still tipped the lady because that's the type of person I am. But I've never been so disappointed in my life.

I searched for good nail salons near me and saw that this place had a pretty high rating so I gave it a go. I didn't feel like she rushed me or anything but I highly regret coming here. Majority of my nails are crooked and the Polish is already coming off???? The side of the nails aren't even painted.

The service was good but the waiting time was way too long - I had an appointment for a manicure and reached there on time but had to wait 40 minutes anyway before they could start.Service: Manicure

Genna did my nails amd toes and I am one of the most pickiest people when it comes to my nails and feet she did an amazing job. This will definitely be my new nail spot. She took time and didn’t get irritated with me at all lol.

I’ve been here since I was in high school but had to stop going since I ended up getting an infected ingrown on my big toe : loved the salon the nail techs were all nice.

Horrendous service. I called on two separate occasions during the week. Before I could get a word out about when I wanted to book my appointment, the lady who answered the phone told me, with an annoyed tone, that it's "too busy right now, it's the weekend, we're too busy today" UMM... 1. I didn't even tell her the date/time I wanted to come in, she assumed before I had a chance to tell her ... 2. I called DURING THE WEEK, it was not a weekend, plus I called in advance but she wouldn't know that because she didn't let me speak. I've worked in reception and understand the process of booking/customer service very well and this was NOT IT. She also started talking to someone else while still on the phone with me... HELLO? You have a potential customer on the line?! Don't be so rude to someone who chose to call YOUR salon, out of so many salons, for an appointment. Bad first impression.
