Absolutely loved my experience here. The staff had paid such attention to the care of my nails and hands unlike any service I've ever received anywhere else. It was so relaxing and ended with a hand massage. I will definitely go back. They offer so many services and at a great price. My shalac is color changing

I had my hair color and highlights with Maria. At first I was hesitant to go for a blonde color since it was first time changing my very black hair to blonde with highlights. After the treatment, I was so happy with the result. She did a very good job in transforming my hair. Moreover I got many good compliments not only from the people I know but from strangers. I have been going to the Wyford Salon & Spa since past 8 months now, and always have had great experience thanks to Nick & the lovely staff there. Nick is highly skilled and every time results of my haircut speaks of many years of experience he has. Been to this spa about 4 times.It costs a pretty penny.The staff is very accommodating .First experience with Mani and Pedi was good and bad.Pedicure was excellent and the beautician attending to me was thorough,patient and courteous and professional. But the manicure was not to the mark.I needed my rough nails to be softened before the mani.Maybe lady was tired after her long day.I paid for the extra coating for my mani as I was getting it done for a wedding. Next morning in my shower one of the nails peeled off from my pinkie finger. Second visit I wanted full face waxing and threading done.The young beautician did almost an unprofessional job, suggested threading would be an extra charge that I agreed upon.Her job was unsatisfactory.Next morning I noticed my chin and eyebrows were badly handled. I do realise many small businesses are struggling with staff coming back to work and did not make a big deal out of it.Last week I went back for a third time for full face waxing and pedi.I called in advance specified both waxing and threading,discussed charges and got an appt immediately. Lady attending to my services is a very pleasent,friendly,accommodating person.But in all honesty her service is rather amateurish. To begin with she is not sensitive or aware of what age group or kind of skin she is dealing with.I have been having my face waxed and threaded for last 50 years,except for one bad experience,always have had excellent treatment.This young lady was rough and a bit harsh in waxing and threading.Peeled off my skin on the lips that started bleeding and another part under my chin, a scab. She was the same staff that did my pedicure.The work was undesirable,peeled the skin off on one of the toe removing the ingrown cuticles.These folks are working hard to meet ends meet,totally aware of it.I always tip them generously,and am cognizant of the fact they work long hours.I go in for services that I am willing to pay for.I do expect some professionalism and good service. Overall I was disappointed in this place.Dont know if I would want to go back again .
