Giovanni's Pizza

This place is a little unassuming and extremely outdated. But don't let that stop you from having the pizza! It was the best pizza I have ever had. I don't like to eat pizza really. We are from Toronto and someone recommended this place. You won't regret it. Our kids made us come again the next night! Must try in Chicago!

Can't beat this deal Chicago slice and an RC! When I say Chicago slice I'm not talking about no fugazi lou malantais or Giordano I'm talking thin crust crunchy goodness. A real bar pie thay El presidente David Portnoy from barstool needs to try. "One bite everyone knows the rules". That's a bold statement but I'm confident because I have eaten alot of pizza in my lifetime and can say with confidence this is the best it gets in the Montclair or Elmwood park neighborhoods. I will try the beef and other menu items and update my review. Also shout out to the kitchen team very friendly and customer service oriented. Great for catering events large ot small or just a Friday night deal for the family.

My family been coming here for 20 years. Best pizza in all of Chicago. No matter who’s I try I always say giovanis is better. Thanks you for the amazing pizza all these years.

This place is only good for their pizza. We tried the grilled chicken sandwich….so dry you could choke! Ordered Angel Hair pasta with meat sauce….a goopy over cooked mess with no sauce and a side salad that we had to Dr up?? Stick to the basics people…only the pizza is worth buying here.

Food was cold, pizza had no sauce. It’s not the same recipe as the original owner! Never buying from them not worth the price any more. This went from a 5 star place to 1! Save your money go elsewhere!

Ordered a pizza here. Just for me to show up and them tell me that they sold it to the wrong person by mistake. Then proceed to tell me they won't make another one because they were closing in the 30 min. Such poor customer service. Definitely lost my business now.

Ive been a customer even before the pandemic, so about 4+ years. They never disappoint with the Pan Pizza and the Buffalo Hot Wings. I recommend it 100%.
