Avondale's Food Pick-Up

Ive tried like 5 different places here. Everything is always good. I order directly from the website and they send me discount codes too. It can be busy at times. Today i had birria fries.

Great Food at a great price and in a dash. I’m super impressed. Jailbirds and Hawaiian Brothers are hands down my favorites this far. Owner of Jailbirds is top notch. Grade A Customer Service.

First time I ordered from here. The food was delicious. The Employees were very attentive. Its fun that you offer some n unique food for our neighborhood.

I got the Molokai Chicken with Pineapple, Rice, & macaroni salad. It was awesome , super good , I need a nap now lol. Will definitely be coming back to try the pork

Me and my husband were able to get what we wanted from 2 different restaurants and pick up at the same spot. That's so great.

It was a great experience! We got to order from different places but pick up in the same location. It was quick and easy order. Parking: The parking was extremely easy, ample parking spots in front of the building!

I found a note in my bag I felt special and happy one I saw that Ana made my night and I love how she communicated since we don’t see them.

Overall, 4, 4.5 stars for the place/concept-numerous restaurants and a great variety of food, all in 1 place?! In a central location where's not much else? Brilliant. Food's been good, process easy/efficient, and food often ready faster than quoted. Serving sizes a bit small though from the several restaurants I've tried, and parking can be a challenge Customer Service: 1 star. This Bad Review is really for the customer service from Avondale's Food Pickup,. I thought about writing a review for Hawaiian Bros, the restaurant I ordered from, but think it's more appropriate to review Avondale's. *They owe me money.* I used a promo code for $10 off but I got charged me the full amount could be a website order issue, IDK, but overall it was handled poorly. I contacted customer service on the website right away -they replied 2 days later auto reply said it would be w/in 24 hrs apologizing, "we will be sharing your feedback with the restaurant owner to help them improve, ", etc, and offered me a $5 off $15 order. Umm..PASS. Having to spend more money to get a discount, when they already owe me money, makes no sense. I replied as such and that it doesn't solve the problem -I want to be refunded the $10. Surprise, surprise..I haven't heard back. it's been about a week NOT happy. *will update review if I get refunded

Front desk was kind and Hawaiian Bros was delicious as always. Ready for pick up in 10-15 min. Incredibly fast! Impressed. They even surprised me with a complimentary dessert and a personalized note with a little heart to show appreciation. So thoughtful!
