We had a wonderful day there, Staff are very friendly. Parking is not free this year and a little pricy but it is definitely worth going there. Daytripers leave on time. We were told that we might see some snakes but we didn't.

A very beautiful place! The staff is amazing and they take great care of you including delivering ice to your cabin! We stayed at Christian Beach cabins, beautiful scenery, very quiet and private. The trails are great and bike rentals make it easier to get around. Showers are clean with hot water. There is a grocery right at Honey Harbour. Also a liqueur store and a small restaurant with great pastries and excellent food to go. The weather was different everyday so come prepared.

Drove a few hours to get to the park to find out that boat which brings you to the park is booked for two days. And you can’t really do anything at the park, without boats. I understand that many things in the world require proper planning etc, but I think that a nature park needs a warning “make sure you have a way to get to use land, or that you have a booking, otherwise you’d be stuck with nothing”.

Overall, incredible views and breathtaking scenery. A bicycle is definitely recommended to traverse the island from south to north on the Huron trail. I would highly recommend this place to those who want to see some of the natural beauty of Georgian Bay, especially at the north end which has very minimal human interference (very natural). The north trails are more challenging but Fairy Lake, Goblin Lake, and Goblin Bay are all sights to behold which makes it worth the trek.
