Georgian Bay General Hospital

This hospital saved my mother's life. The physicians and nurses provided the best possible care and diagnosed the complex problem quickly. She spent two weeks in the ICU, and they had her health vastly improved in that time. A heartfelt thank-you to GBGH!

Can't figure out how they do it in that hospital. The staff do not get enough credit for what they have to deal with on a daily basis. My mom is still in the hospital and is receiving excellent care.

I'm expecting my first baby and my ultrasounds are through the hospital, I am 20 weeks now and for each ultrasound I've had booked they all get cancelled due to a technician being sick. I wish they had more staff to cover for this type of situation. As a first time mother, I am constantly worrying and the ultrasounds are the one way to ensure everything is ok. With cancellations and appointments being pushed back it doesn't make it any easier for me to breathe a sigh of relief. The cancellations also make me need to cancel doctors appointments for the results of those scans and it is just overly frustrating at this point. I've had four ultrasounds cancelled and rebooked and after this last time, something needed to be said.

Great service on a holiday weekend for our son who had trouble breathing. Dr Beeston was caring and thorough.
