As a student here I can say it's quite a nice place. There are many different sports teams and options classes which is nice, although there are so many people it's often hard to get into one specific one. The French program is also quite comprehensive and at grade 9 you get to go to Quebec.
This school pretty good, I pity the future kids going here and missing the GOAT Mr BoiseaneauDon't know if I spelt it right. He was so chill and a awesome teacher. Most teachers are pretty good and the kids are also chill.
A good school with fun teachers and classes! Some of the kids are... questionable at best tho. Made some cool friends here, I don't regret this!
While I was at this school, I didn't learn anything; it was all just reviews for me. I was in the late French program, and I didn't exactly LEARN more French than I did before. Late French's learning progress is very SLOW, for you to learn what the terms are in French, but the teachers tell you what the French words or sentences mean in English anyway. This is one of the reasons why I didn't improve my French skills: cause they tell you everything. If you want to go to this school for Late French, I personally think you got to focus on other areas, like Band or sports, cause for learning, the progress is slow, as I said.
I liked gpv! I got some great friends, but there were times where people were a bit annoying. Grade 7 was scary at first but then it was eh. Grade 8 was good. grade 9 was good until march came and we had to do online. that was a bit tough. anyway I liked semaine de la francophonie, and I did learn a little bit of french. However I still gots lots to improve. The teachers are all pretty cool. Dont do anything dumb and youll be fine.
