Gelato Shack

They just started a few days ago but the staffs are professional and friendly. They took the order correctly and served it in a reasonable time. The place is nice for chitchat with friends. They serve fresh and yummy food. We ordered chipotle poutine and smashville tenders. Both were good but if you like little more gravy just ask them when you order. It's all halal.

The staff are super friendly and always give me an extra scoop of gelato. One of of my favourite spots in the city! They have Biacoff as a flavour and it’s my absolute favourite!

Absolute OUTRAGEOUS prices, 1 single scoop of Gelato 5.64 after tax… They’re very stingy with the scoops it’s not even half I cup, when the worker served it to me I was shocked. Everything else on the menu is stupidly overpriced for average desserts and foods you can find for much cheaper anywhere else. Wouldn’t recommend…

This isn’t your average gelato shop with just ice cream and sweets. It’s a remarkable menu. It was described by a friend as “similar to Popeyes”. Let me just inform all of you…Popeyes has nothing on this place. I wasn’t too hungry, so I ordered the chicken tenders and poutine. Unfortunately I only got a picture of the chicken tenders…this is tastefully done. The chicken batter is amazingly crispy and tender. The poutines gravy and fries were loaded and super fresh. You gotta come here. So now the final . The dessert is crazily insane. The portion sizes are filling enough who’s to complain…. I am definitely going back. This is a crave-able spot.

Gelato Shack was the perfect chill spot for our school outing. I had to try the chicken tenders and waffles, and man, they were amazing! The mix of sweet and savory was absolutely on point. The staff at Gelato Shack were super friendly and always ready to help us out, making sure we were happy with our choices. They were great at answering our questions and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. The lively vibe made it a cool place for people of all ages to hang out.

Thank you GS for hosting us this past weekend to run our art workshop. We had an amazing time trying all the delicious foods, and the customer service was amazing! We will back again!

The place is super cute and clean! Enjoyed my milkshake and the spicy waffle fries portion was big. The young lady at the front was very polite and adorable! Would definitely recommend this place for some low key outings. 5

Came here for gelato but ended up ordering brownies, tea, and poutine as well. My whole family enjoyed them all, and price was reasonable.

Unfortunately, quality has gone down significantly, and prices have shot up. The 7 Chicken tenders was very small, almost half the size of what it used to be and the chicken burger Big easy was half a tender thrown into a stiff bun – pretty much inedible. Friday night wait times at 8pm was approximately 45mins to an hour and people that came and ordered after us got their food first? One of my friends that order right after us waited an additional 20 mins after I got my order for his one burger and milkshake.

Steak poutine was good but personally found it too saucy. Jalapeño poppers were really good and staff were kind enough to give us extra poppers as they had us waiting longer than expected for our order. Appreciated the kind gesture!
