False advertising; Took my laptop few days ago after looking the advertising on kijiji, where it clearly says no fix no charge, free diagnostic. Upon visiting the shop guy said he will charge $30 for diagnostic and if I agree for repair than he wont charge diagnostic. So I went ahead with diagnostic hoping of it might be cheaper but the quote I was given for $379 for replacing the motherboard. I refused the repair because it was way too expensive and gave the guy $30 for diagnostic. Went to different repair shop in SE, where he was also claiming free diagnostic and was truly free, got quote next day for $120 for replacing the part onto motherboard.

Josh did a wonderful job of fixing my laptop frame after my computer was hyperextended. He was efficient and charged a very reasonable price for the repair. I would highly recommend his services.

The screen of my Surface Pro was bulging off the rest of the machine. I thought for sure it was toast and I would need a new one. I called Josh and he diagnosed my problem almost immediately, which was that my battery was expanding and causing the problems. While on the phone he ordered the replacement part and I brought my computer in and got it back, repaired, within 1 day. It works just like before and I'm very satisfied with the service I got. Pricing seemed very fair for parts and labour. Will definitely use Josh's service again if needed.

Promised me minimum 30 max 50$ for factory reset and charged me $95. I will now be coming back and strongly encourage friends and family and you guys not to use this scammer. Highly disappointed.
