Owner and technician were both helpful. The technician put up with me while I was trying to figure out the cheapest way possible to get my uncle's machine running again...he ended up running diagnostics and getting the Windows running for just the price of their listed $55 Diagnostic Service. Great service and patience!

My experience was very poor at tech squad. I brought my laptop in to have a fan repaired and stressed the importance of getting it back in a timely manner. Not only did it take them a month to fix the fan but they also initially wanted a bill of over 200 dollars. I will never service this establishment again.

I thought my hard drive was failing. Tech Squad picked up the machine from my house and discovered there was no problems. I did ask for a back up drive which they supplied. All deliveries were on time and the work was completed in an efficient manner. I would recommend Tech Squad to anyone having computer issues.
