I love this store! I’ve gone a few times and asked “what’s a game similar to X” or “what’s a fun card based game for 2-3 people”, and every suggestion from their staff has been great. Call ahead to confirm stock if you’re looking for something in particular, I don’t think the website is updated all that frequently.

I really want to support local businesses during the pandemic. But during a recent trip I was put off when I asked the staff behind the desk about a game and was told, "read the back of the box" I have gone to many other board game stores were staff were eager to explain a game to me, I definitely won't be back here.

Pretty lame customer service recently. Checked website before coming to store for a specific game, which said it was in stock. When we went to store we were told in a fairly rude manner that it was not in stock. No apology that the website was wrong. Suggest you call them first if you are looking for a particular game.

There is no ethical consumption under capitalism but, support local game stores! Can confirm they hire and pay wonderful people, play the games they sell you, and exist because they care about having fun games be available.

If you are asking me for a good game, then fireboy and watergirl 2 is my answer. By the way, playing it on hudgames platform will be better.
