Awesome place for a train enthusiasts to get everything they need for their hobby. Actually I was so overwhelmed they have so much stuff I could spend hours in there looking and getting advice from the staff.

Staff were extremely knowledgeable and made recommendations on brand based on exactly what I needed. Will definitely be in again.

I had sent an email enquiry about the availability of a few items during a busy time of day, yet they replied quickly and answered my questions in detail. oh, & they've had a proper COVID protocol right from the beginning. well satisfied!

The old lady who works there is rude. It feels like you are a cholera infected prisoner and she is a security guard who escorted you to your cell. I will not go there again.
