Absolutely the worst service EVER! Bought and paid for an item in September that was to be shipped to me. Called four times and was assured that they have it and it’s being sent. It is now January 13 and still nothing. I will call again today and demand a refund. Poor service all around

Locally owned & run, amazing custer service and top quality items! They assisted me with purchasing an amazing telescope for my father's retirement gift. Give them a call with any questions you have, as their website stock is out of date due to shipping delays as a result of Covid.

I went to these folks looking for a microscope for my granddaughter..they did not have one but helped me find one from another store.. very nice people..I will definitely support them in the future.

Great customer service.  Great help in  choosing a great telescope and ‘stereo’ microscope for my kids holiday gifts. Thank you for the clarity & taking the time to teach me about this stuff.
