Galaxy Nail & Spa

This was my first time and my LAST. I went in today just needing a fill. Nothing complicated. I was asked where I had gotten them done and when I told them, they laughed and made me feel uncomfortable. The man who did the fill was completely rude and dismissive to what I wanted. He told me the polish I picked out didn't go well together and picked it out for me. He was talking on his phone while he was doing my nails, multiple times the electric file touched my knuckle which made me nervous and it hurt. He didn't seem to care. As you can see in the pictures, he drilled away the nail tip underneath on multiple nails and he didn't give me the shape I wanted. I wanted coffin nails. Overall BAD experience and I don't suggest this place to anyone. Complete waste of money. P.s. not a lot of variety of nail polish colors.

The best nail place in Beaverton. They care, they listen and they do the job right! I've been goinf here for 4 years now and I really love this place. You want great SERVICE ? Come here. Good people, nice people come in here. Mostly regulars. I love it. Its super welcome there. Bring friends and have a gurl day!

If I could give these guys less than a star I would. The overall feeling in this place is hostile. I had gotten the shellac in a nude color but the color that was placed was not the one I had chosen and when told about it, they did not offer to change the color and continued to paint my nails. Two days later THREE nails chipped and when I got to the salon they were upset about it. Another older lady was having issues as I was waiting to get my nails fixed and they started arguing about the color being different and asked for them to fix it. They eventually did fix her nails but was ABSOLUTELY RUDE ABOUT IT!!!!!!! My nails were fixed as well, but that's the first and last time I'll go there. COSTUMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST THERE.

At first I wasn't sure if I would like this place but I seen that my nails grow faster and don't break easy. This is the only place I go to now. Very good it's worth the wait.

This is by far my favorite nail salon in the beaverton area. My most recent experience, with Jasmine, left me happier than ever before! The prices are great, as well as the staff. Love, love, love.
