Spa Logic Hot Tubs & Repairs

Spa Logic Hot Tubs & Repairs had my best interests at heart throughout the entire process of picking out a spa, installing it, and fixing any of the issues that arose (yes, there were small issues, but these guys worked immediately to fix them and were not happy till I was happy). You can feel comfortable that your spa buying and then owning experience will be the best if you take your business here. Other spa guys in the business just want your money. Spa Logic wants you to be the happiest you can be in your new spa. I send everyone who will listen to these guys, they are the best. The Buying experience: They made sure I was well educated on the different types of spas and what they had to offer. When I had questions about features that could be added they had the answers and even steered me away from a few - even thought it meant less money for them. The install experience: They worked with my time schedule on a difficult install due to my deck configuration and living on a hill. It was half as much than other places quoted me. The install went off smoothly and professionally. They made sure nothing was at risk of damage and the new tub was installed perfectly. The owning experience: I have owned the tub for about 4 months now. I had a few small issues that were addressed immediately. These issues I'm sure seemed small to others but were important to me. Like I said above, they were not happy till I was happy. I can't say enough good things about Spa Logic. I wish every business operated like these guys, life would be stress free.

This was an amazing experience from beginning to end. No high pressure sales, just honest conversation about what we needed, what we wanted and what we didn't. They were even incredibly helpful throughout all aspects of getting the location ready for the spa. Thank you! I'm thrilled to begin and end my day with some gentle warming therapeutic meditation and relaxation🛀

I just came from spalogic this week after reading the reviews. I hesitated at first because of a review I saw that they are pushy and over priced. Wow !! Not the case at all I spent 2 hours learning about hot tubs. The owner Daryn and his wife were so nice. He knows his stuff. He talked you through all the differences in spas out there and then says go out and look around before you buy. WHAT is said . You aren't going to try to hard sell me ? He said no we want to earn your business not just ask for it. And if we are lucky enough to sell me a hot tub then he knows I made the right choice based on looking around. As far as his pricing it is way lower then everyone else for the same hot tub. So as far as that bad review I dont think that person went to visit Daryn. They must be mixed up with someone else. It was the best experience in buying something from a sales person I have ever had. Oh ya I did buy hot tub from him. It just felt right.

The entire experience of buying a spa at Spa Logic has been excellent. No hustle, no games. Just straight forward information which helped us decide what to purchase. I've found that buying a spa can sometimes be similar to buying a used car. This place is just the opposite. Very relaxed and easy to deal with. Once we purchased, Spa Logic threw in a couple of extras which was a pleasant surprise. Daryl, one of the owners, delivers and sets up the hot tub. He connects it to your 110 or 220 box and gets it going. If you have any questions, concerns they're available. And they stand by what they sell. All in all, I highly recommend Spa Logic. Great selection, great service.

I have been using Darren for close to 15 years to repair my hot tub & pool. Everything has been fixed promptly. I purchased a hot tub from him that is best I have ever had. I have had 5 hot tubs over the years. Darren sells great hot tubs and repairs them should you have any problems. You don't have to call another service man. Highly recommend Darren. He's great!
