Review for the Cedar Hills location. EMPLOYEE COUGHED ALL OVER ME AND RUBBED SNOT ONTO MY BACK. The massage therapist, Anna, started the service by telling me that she had a cold and had been sick for the last several days. She then proceeded to cough, hack and sneeze into tissue for a solid five to ten minutes as I was lying on the table. She then applied her hands to my back and one hand was moist and covered in mucus. I walked out on the service after 15 minutes because the therapist had literally wiped snot onto my body. I explained to the staff what happened and they were unhelpful and refused to give a refund. I have been going to spas for years and have never walked out during a service before. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a spa. If the employees are sick, they should not be working with the public.
I would not recommend this place to anyone unless your idea of a good massage is to be used as a human tissue for someone's grimy, snot covered hands. I am going home to take a long shower now. This place is DISGUSTING and FILTHY.

I keep trying to call to pay my bill, but am put on hold for 5 mins+ each time. Honestly, want to cancel my service...but you have to come in to do so in writing (they can't take a cancellation on the phone?) and when I come in, there is a wait as well...so I have been unable to do so (always have kids that can't wait with me). Each time I ask how many services I have left on my account, it seems to change. First 3, then 1, then 2? I haven't used any for months...so any change is a surprising one. This is the main reason I would like to cancel. More 'relaxing' to book on my own when I want a massage than to sign up for the monthly charge to have to track whether you have disappearing sessions. Sigh. About to call back again. Wish me luck.

I have always advocated for the great service I have received at this location for the past 2yrs. However, customer care sucks poorly . Inappropriate massage sessions, massage therapist laughing loudly while massages are taking place. This spa has become a teenage frat party. There is no professionalism. I also received 2 text messages that my appointment was confirmed day of appt. I go to my appt yesterday @ 8pm and the receptionist who offered no additional options stated "oh we left you a message @ 2:30 that your therapist called out sick". She was completely rude and after I have had my co-workers signup with membership and the over $1000 I have already spent for services over the last 2 months. I could not believe this experience. My co-worker had an inappropriate massage with therapist who said that "he liked her body and wanted to make her feel good!". We are all cancelling our memberships!! I am going to miss James sooo much!

I'm very new to the facial and acid Peel game but Toni and the staff here have made it wonderful and easy for me. I quickly became a regular and look forward to my treatments! The key is to not expect miracles right away. Everything good takes time, and I'm happy to spend that time with the awesome staff here!!

I've seen Toni twice at this location for facials, and both times have been really lovely. She's great at all aspects of the facial, and fun to talk with to boot. Customer service is great; they are very knowledgeable about services and product, and very friendly.
