Having had a Hot Springs spa in the past, when it came time to buy another spa, I only considered one brand-Hot Springs! Initially I was considering the Vanguard, as it was closest to my previous spa, The Classic. After "testing the waters" at the Beaverton store, my wife saw the Grandee and decided this was going to be our next spa! Our Grandee spa was delivered via a 60 ton crane up and over our house on a very challenging cul-de-sac location. The delivery team did an outstanding job. We loved the spa for about 8 months, at which time, the problems started. After numerous service calls, the decision was made to replace the spa. After a few more weeks, I received a call from AllSpa that the allocation of responsibility of the installation of the new spa had been worked out between the manufacturer and Oregon Hot Tub. My new Spa was delivered in early September and has worked flawlessly since. I will tell you, Oregon Hot Tub went above and beyond to make this unfortunate situation a very positive experience. Special kudos go out to Jennifer Bartels, my salesperson, for always taking my calls and texts and helping me along the way to stay calm and collected. Kenia at AllSpa service center was the right service rep to handle ALL the frustrating calls and work alongside of Jennifer to make the situation right. Mark Dickey, the installer, was very patient and instilled all the confidence I needed to make sure the install would go as planned. Finally, a big THANK YOU to the ownership of Oregon Hot Tubs as this was not a simple "tub replacement". The install took another crane and a full day of preparation-$$$. Rest assured that this company is one that stands behind their products and has the people in place for an extraordinary Spa Experience

We recently purchased a hot-springs spa from the Beaverton store. Jason F. was our salesperson, and he did a wonderful job of explaining the features available and was very helpful throughout our purchase. We got the spa we wanted at a great price and delivery was easy; we were able to pick up the elec. subpanel a few days early for the electrician and our spa was up and running the day of delivery.

Come on really? Asking for my credit card over the phone? Not OK! Especially with all the cyber fraud these days? And asking for $150 upfront to come out and diagnose my spa? Are you kidding me I don't even pay my electrician, plumber or carpenter all together added up, that much? Oregon Hot Tub needs a reality check! Most repair companies provide an estimate either for free or charge once the estimate has been provided. Why would I pay upfront for a service I may not even receive? If Oregon Hot Tub can't trust their customers to pay their diagnosing fee that shows me they either don't show up to do the work or the pricing is so ludicrous that they have to charge upfront because that is the only way they trap their customers into having them do the work. Maybe if they cared a little bit more about their customers and realized money is an issue for most of us instead of charging exorbitant prices for their repairs and new hot tubs and boasting that they now have 5 stores I wouldn't have such a sour taste in my mouth. 5 stores=lots of expenses and employees. Are you McDonalds? Quality over Quantity, ever heard of that?

I have been shopping around for a hot tub for years and years. Finally this was going to be the year I would finally buy one. I looked at all of my options, Costco, online stores, lots of hot tub shops. I decided to go with Oregon Hot Tub. Hot tubs are not cheap and if I am going to spend a lot of money on something I want to get exception customer service. I knew buying my tub from anyone else would be a hassle. Other companies would only deliver the hot tub to the curb, or driveway. Oregon Hot tub set up my tub and placed it exactly where I wanted it to go. Free of charge. If something goes wrong with my tub, I want to be able to call a local company that will stand behind their product. I don’t want to call some random 800 number hoping someone will take care of my issue. I might have paid a little more than I would have for a no name tub. But I know I will save money and time, energy with my Oregon Hot tub in the long run. I ended up purchasing the Limelight Flair. We love our new tub. It is so nice knowing it is on waiting for me to get in at anytime of the day, it is heated and ready to go. I love the hydrotherapy jets, they are very powerful and help sooth my sore muscles. I got the ACE water system, so we have salt water. It is great; we use just a tiny amount of chlorine in the tub, so it makes the water feel clean soft.I ended up getting the cover lifter, what a great thing. I can open my tub up with one hand, and not have to worry about lifting a lid off, especially here in Oregon when it is raining. I don’t want to spend any extra time outside in the rain messing with a lid.We have had our tub for 2 months now and we use it about 3-4 times a week, it has become a wonderful part of our daily rituals. I would defiantly recommend Oregon Hot tub if you want an excellent product and outstanding customer service.Jen SeversonNewberg, OR

We needed service for our Caldera Spa and the place where we purchased it originally went out of business. Oregon Hot Tub was recommended to us and we are happy we chose them for service. They were very accommodating, organized, prompt and precise when it came to our service call. We really enjoyed the service that Jeff provided us when he arrived. We would highly recommend your company!
