A great experience on a gas fireplace maintenance visit from a first-time customer. The appointment scheduler and dispatcher were both very pleasant and helpful on the phone. Shawn arrived towards the start of my appointment window. He gave me a thorough run-down on the condition of the fireplace as he was cleaning it and shared some operating tips. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and diligent about keeping the work area clean. I highly recommend him and Haven.

I just bought a hot tub and main reason was the straight forward, honest approach from the sales staff. They took the time to understand my needs and found a spa that met them for a very competitive price. The give you the straight scoop versus the typical up-sell that I got from the other spa stores. The delivery went very smooth. Steph and Julio showed up on-time and were courteous and professional throughout the install process. So far I'm very happy.

I do not live in Beaverton and so my ability to run up and check them out was limited. I did have an advantage in that I knew I would replace my 2003 Nordic Crown XL with another one. I contacted Randy by email and he was diligent to get me information, inventory, features and prices. When I finally talked with Randy by phone ( great guy) it was because I was ready to buy. He made it so easy, worked with me on delivery and pick up of the old spa etc. Next, I was contacted by Steph and Justin who called me to tell me when they expected to be at my house with my new spa. They were at my home at the front end of the time range I was given, which was an hour and 30 minute window. The were polite, diligent and efficient. In no time the new was in, the old removed and Steph providence my with tips on setting it up an keeping it enjoyable. Less than 24 hours later the hot tub is wired, filled and 104 degrees of ahhhhhhh. Thank you Haven Spa, thank you Randy, Steph and Justin.

Excellent resource for helpful information! I'm a new hot tub owner and, although I did a lot of research, I still needed help in getting things figured out. Haven Spa Pool & Hearth was incredibly helpful in teaching me how to handle my water and care for the spa. They even had me bring in a sample of my tap water and showed me exactly how to prepare the water each time I fill the tub. Plus, their prices are great! I compared the prices I paid on Amazon to the prices they offer in the store and Haven still had the best pricing. Without a doubt, these are the guys you need to go visit!

5 Star rating! Being that this was the only experience I’ve had in purchasing a hot tub, I had no clue what to expect. What I ended up getting was totally unexpected, it was the gold star treatment. It extended from the purchase to the service I needed to have done a month after delivery. I had spent over a year determining the best hot tub with the best options for the best value. I had looked at all the places, but I hadn’t gone to Haven on Hall blvd yet (because I went a different Haven location). No one at the other location nor the other companies had effectively explained why I needed the hot tub they wanted to sale. That was until I met Randy. He told me all the details and helped me understand exactly why I needed the hot tub I ended up purchasing. I even had to call the location for multiple questions from the purchase to how to treat the water. Always helpful and always there for me. Sad thing is that after having the hot tub for a month (no fault to Haven), I ended having a problem with one of the motors that sputtered and was dying. I had a warranty but would it be an easy situation in getting service? Well you better believe it! Robin was instrumental in getting a service tech (Jeff – super nice) out to me within the next few days. He looked, and realized that the motor was going bad. He didn’t say “I can fix it” he said “Let’s replace it”. And that’s right, it should be replaced after only having the tub for a month, but I didn’t even have to ask for that. Jeff wanted to take care of me in the best way possible… without me having to ask. End result, Haven (on Hall blvd) exceeded my expectations and I will continue to do business with them.
