Delicious ramen! Awesome Bao buns! It all tasted amazing and the marinated egg with the ramen was perfect. The server was pleasant and fast. I would definitely come back here again.Food: 5/5
The food was delicious better than Yujiro I thought and the server was friendly. I took one star away as I thought they had too much MSG in the food likely the ramen. I am not against MSG, but I left the restaurant so thirsty and I had 3-4 glasses of water with my meal.
The food was good. It’s what we expected since we are regulars are their sister company, Yujiro Grant Avenue. We’ve been wanting to try Gaijin out for a while but since it’s pretty far from where we live, we only got around to it last night. Like I said, the food is good but I’m only giving it a 3-star because the ambiance and the service is not as good as Yujiro. Considering much of the menu is almost identical to what Yujiro offers, the service makes a world of a difference when comparing like to like and sadly, the service here just was disappointing.
A few friends and I went for a dinner, I would recommend reserving a table as it is a pretty popular spot unsurprisingly and we only waited a few minutes before being seated. The atmosphere was great, the food was phenomenal and you definitely get what you pay for. I will certainly be going back again.Food: 5/5

GaiJin Izakaya has great ramen, amazing Japanese tapas and sushi. Service is always great, I would highly recommend!
Word of mouth brought me here for what I was told was authentic Japanese style ramen. I’ve enjoyed many ramen bowls in Japan and the experience here was on par. Noodles are a great consistency - firm but not gummy - I enjoyed the miso broth immensely, and there was a generous portion of pork. The eggs were also perfectly marinated in my opinion. Excited to go back and try some other options and thankful it’s so close to home.
