Got the bento box. It was alright. The spring rolls were good, the California rolls were just ok. The chicken teriyaki with vegetables was just fine. I didn’t like the huge slices of bitter cabbage. It also wasn’t that tasty. Since I was dining in, the cashier suggested I take a tray. The tray already had napkins and cutlery which either someone else had already handled or just didn’t seem new. Big no no especially during COVID. Get the bento box from the sushi place across from Edo - it’s definitely better.
Overpriced for the quality of food that i got, the rice was overdone in my bento box, and the seasoning for the teriyaki chicken was honestly lackluster and overly salty. The California rolls i got were decent though. If your going here, stick to the sushi.
Wrong order delivered. Took 2 hrs to receive the new one from initial order time. Food was cold and soup noodles had soaked up the broth. Soup was to have various veggies but only came with broccoli. First and last we will order from here!
Not worth the price. Tempura was dry. Veggies included was not fresh. Chicken teriyaki was salty even with less sauce on it. Expensive compare to other places that offer same menu

First time trying this place and it was really delicious. It reminded me of a cross between wok box and mongos. Staff were very friendly and I got a lot of food for what I paid, I couldn't even finish it! One of the better mall restaurants in Polo park.
Very disappointed. We went through doordash otherwise I'd ask for our food to be remade but did contact Edo Japan, which got me no where. I can't have dairy and the veggie rolls that I ordered had mayo or creamcheese or something. These ones did not list dairy although other rolls did so I stayed away from those ones. Even the yam tempura roll was covered in mayo but did not mention. All rolls were mostly rice and we ended up tossing most of our order.
They made a mistake with my order and when I got to my seat at the food court the cashier told me they gave me the wrong order. So I told them I’ll reorder the same thing that I was suppose to get in the first place. But they told me I have to pay for the wrong order because I already opened it. I get the part where they cant give the food to the person who ordered it because I already brought it to my table even though I never touched the food yet. But how am I supposed to know if I got the wrong order or not when they are the ones who gave it to me. Also, they are not the friendliest, they spoke their language towards each other the whole time and don't even apologize for their mistake. Its just frustrating that they’ll make you pay for their mistake. So yeah, that the first and the last time I’ll buy food from them.
Ordered sushi and paid. No issues with payment. It beeped and I was told I was good to go. Came back 10 minutes later for my sushi and was told by a different person that my payment didn't go through. I was surprised so I checked my bank statement and the payment showed. I said it had gone through. They continued to insist "my first payment did not go through in the system". Fast forward and sure enough I was charged twice. Now I have spent over 1 hour waiting on hold with the bank to get the duplicate charge removed. All this for mediocre sushi at best. Thanks for wasting my time over $14. Just a tip - good customer service would have been to trust me and not fight over $14 - since it shouldn't cause your customers over 1 hour of hassle for a 2 rolls of sushi.
I asked for a Bento box, dynamite roll. All I got was the dynamite roll. It was alright. Still hungry though. I think the place is under new management, as the service is completely different. The cleanliness seems shot. Since I'm finished my "snack", I'm off to look for lunch now.
