Freshii

The food tastes pretty good definitely more on the healthy end, but the prices are pretty high for what you get. For instance the 3 tacos don't really have much in them and aren't that filling, but are still over $10. The frozen yogurt was really good, but for $5 there's not much there.

Very small portions compared to other freshii. It's always the same 2 staff working and they give very low portions... Very stingy. And when you ask for a bit more they give you attitude and ask you to pay more

I was in line waiting to be served - there was a lady Infront of me who had gotten horrible service- they had treated her so bad that her quality of food was terrible from the lady Infront of her. - she had asked why she had gotten such attitude from Sandeep the worker - and they shrugged her off gave her half the portion that should have been in the bowl and tossed it to her- they were rude and i thought to be awful to treat a customer that way- the first customer had got a full bowl - she had asked why the quality was different and Sandeep basically said she like the First customer better - as they were giggling laughing having a good time then the mood totally switch - i left and did not order due to being treated the same way - i would not recommend ordering from here

The establishment is so clean and all of the veggies look so fresh. The girls were super busy during lunch hour but still made sure to give good customer service. Im so thankful to have this restaurant in my neighbourhood. Had the fiesta wrap and it was probably the best wrap I’ve ever had.

It's too bad I still have to give one star! My boyfriend went in to order me a Oaxaca bowl, with no kale and extra beans. I got all kale, no rice and barely any beans. Thank God, she wasn't performing a brain surgery! Thanks for the great service and paying attention to your job! Keep it up!

Edited version of original review. I originally gave this restaurant 2 stars... though they started great, the service and quality of food had gone downhill with missing ingredients in orders three times in a row. However, the last few times we have visited the situation has vastly improved. We received all the items we were supposed to get in our meals and the bowls were filled rather than skimping on items like they did for awhile. I'm glad to see that they improved over the last while because the food is really good and such a wonderful nutritious option for take out. Please keep up the better service and food! Edited new version. Back to 2 stars. Guess they couldn't keep up with the better service and food. Over the years it has become evident management leaves new people to fend for themselves without proper training, and they CONSTANTLY have new people which says a lot about the management or owner of the place. Last order we had was Oaxaca bowl with dressing on the side. There was no kale, no salsa fresca and no black beans... all a part of a regular Oaxaca bowl. And the sauce was on it. And on the side. I feel bad for the people who work here, they are so badly managed and it's not their fault. That was our last order from this location.

Ordered Oaxaca bowl and was really disappointed with the preparation and portion. The bowl was only about rice and rice...I had to dig for black beans, corns and other ingredients. They only sprinkled the bowl with some veggies at the top but inside was full of rice. I paid extra $3 falafel but could only find tiny chunks of same in the meal. There was no taste nothing. I am a fan of freshii and never had such a disappointing meal at any other location. Don't know if to blame employees as they follow what have been instructed by the owner. It seems owner is just interested in ripping our pockets but damn care about customer satisfaction. Freshii plz look into the matter as your goodwill is at stack. It seems the issue is with the location...never going back.

We got one bowl and one salad today. The food was excellent. The server had forgotten to take her happy pill today. Nary a smile.

Went there last night to order a smoothie, although I was ahead of the line, I was last to receive my smoothie; it literally took almost 20 minutes. The server literally took everyone’s order and than forgot about me I guess. Food is mediocre as well, the meat is gross. Hey Also Sriracha sauce is an extra charge with purchase of a $15-$20 bowl. That’s wild!
