The place is very chic with great aesthetics. They have a decent number of options on their menu but the food is good. Tried their salad and it was alright; I missed some dressing on it but the pizzas tasted great. Would recommend if you are looking for healthier options for food!

Excellent food and Service. Good drink menu selection, though the drinks weren't the greatest we've had. Flavour wasn't all there and they overdid it on the booze you get what you pay for which says a lot. Not a bad thing to say about any of the food though! Pizzas were full of flavour and cooked perfectly. Mac and Cheese was one of the best I've ever had at a restaurant. Great fries too. Fairly good selection of vegetarian options and they were happy to modify some dishes Mac and cheese specifically for us to omit non-vegetarian ingredients. Our experience at Bread Bar was so wonderful! We were greeted warmly when we entered and seated promptly. Our server Jon was knowledgeable and created an outstanding dining experience for us! The pizzas were great value and we even got to choose 2 pizza types to split on 1 pizza 18 inch pizzas only. Kind of a fun and delightful thing that we didn’t expect! The food was creative and tasted delicious. With Jon’s exceptional service, and the farm to table experience, we hope to return. Thanks Bread Bar for making our first night in Ontario an enjoyable and memorable one!

Really good food, and service. Food came out quick, the jalapeño margarita was really tasty and refreshing with a perfect amount of jalapeno taste. The avocado chicken sandwich was extremely tasty, will definitely be back and will bring some friends as well.

Super nice space and delicious pizza! Our waitress was also very friendly and gave us great recommendations.

Didn’t see any Falafel burger reviews here, so I thought I would try it out. It was very BLAND! I had to ask for sald and pepper repeatedly. Honestly it tasted like absolutely NOTHING. The cheeseburger was very tasty though! The side of fries was large portion and well seasoned! Decent price too. Highly recommend this place, but stay clear of the FALAFEL!

It all started with a beautiful summer evening, sun setting and a warm breeze. After a walk down James st trying to pick the right place for dinner my cousin and I came upon Bread Bar. I'd been before and it's always been great, this was my cousin 1st time. Julianna was our delightful server. We both being extremely indecisive people appreciated her help. She asked us of our likes and dislikes, she enlighten us to many menu items she felt were a hit and would match our palates. She was engaging the entire night and had a great sense of humor. We had the best of both worlds as the neighboring table was another employee who was enjoying a night out with a friend. I believe it says alot when the staff want to eat there off work hours. Also these ladies were so sweet and a good laugh! Needless to say the food was amazing, beautiful presentation and just what we were looking for. I highly recommend the Umami Burger, so much flavour and you can taste the freshness in the ingredients! As Juliana recommended we went with the loaded fries, tonight's creation was garlicy and spicy. Perfection! Can't wait to return and see what new items might be on the menu.

Love the loaded fries and the chicken dish. Budha bowl was fresh too but not crazy about the salmon. Overall great experience, nice place, friendly staffs and great place to have dinner with friends and family. Will be back

We had a lovely dinner there last night. The food was varied and delicious. John, our waiter, was amazing. He made it very clear that he was there to serve, encouraged, almost demanded, questions LOL. His knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings was impressive and what one might dream about. I am often under impressed but John was sincere and walked the 3 out of 4 of us who were new to Bread Bar through all the options. Especially for me as a non meateater. The portions are fairly large and very filling. 2 shared an entree and the other 2 of us had to take half home. Everything was great from the location, the ambiance, the design of the restaurant and decor and especially the staff. Very well done Bread Bar, kudos.
