I love me some dirty chicken, but this particular location is more miss than hit. Service and store are as you expect, but the food isn't. Chicken often overly greasy, burgers floppy, chips soft and soggy. Drive a little further to Ulster Street / Victoria Street North if you're in a state to drive .Food: 1/5
One of the self-service machines was being dodgy by letting me order, then pay, but then a message came up saying, "My order could not be submitted to the kitchen" I checked my account & went to the counter to explain the problem & the staff member called the manager out who was very polite & efficient in dealing with my problem. I was very impressed with the service of the staff & our food was quick to be put together. I love the little out door area to eat in.
Every time I come here the food is amazing always cooked right I don’t know what everyone else is saying! Great job to everyone that puts their hard work in.
The past two times I’ve been they’ve stuffed up easy orders and forgotten stuff, would love to actually be able to eat the stuff I pay for and never answer the phone when try to call
No complaints was like the good old days the chicken was nice and juicy and crispy. Have been to a few and have found them to be dry but not one.Keep it up guys don't fix something that ain't broken.Food: 5/5

This was my first visit to this kfc and I was happy I came to this one! I ordered the snack lunch, Chips were hot n fresh and so was the chicken yum!! Thank you for the great service Food: 5/5
I went to this KFC SPECIFICALLY to get supercharge sauce because I was in the mood. I paid for $2 worth of supercharge sauce and then the lady at the next window said they ran out with NO MERCY. She asked if I would like BBQ or Aioli and it was obviously too late to be refunded. Waste of gas. I am so sad and the BBQ wasn’t even good. It was average at best. Not good enough.
Service took ages for a simple meal. Window person abusing staff very loudly. Messed up our order completely. Didn't have most types of chicken. Never ever going back to that KFC, totally disappointed by the effort.Food: 1/5
I was in the drive thru and no one answered at the ordering box. 5 minutes later she told me to drive up I hadn’t ordered anything yet to then have to wait 15 minutes before getting told they only have chicken left and nothing else. Terrible experience
